My car would not start. I had it towed here ten days ago. Their phone answerer was nothing but trite and disrespectful. His only answer was " Will call you back when we have some kind of diagnostic decision" Having Spoken with the owner Sam I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called earlier today and told them that it could be possibly flooded and they said that they hadn't had that as a possibility on their list. Eventually, the aforementioned phone answerer admitted they could not figure anything out. I'm waiting for it to be towed to my home, as we speak. A fellow Mini owner told me the same thing happened to her car. It had to be towed to the dealership, where they discovered a frayed wire. I would NEVER do business with these rank amateurs again. I would never go to the shop ever since Matt left this facility. Your car is gonna end up getting more damage than it was before. It was brought there and then what they're gonna tell you is bring it to BMW or Mercedes dealership after they messed your vehicle up Sam does not care about his customers nor your vehicle all he cares about is swiping your car to make sure he gets the money and whatever happens after that, he'll ignore your phone calls and try to erase you out of the system so keep all of your paperwork and documents because now they're more crooked than they ever have been they can't keep technicians and all of the customers that have been going there for over 10 years like myself have had to find other places to go because they don't care or take pride in their work on fixing your vehicles Sam the owner has let this business go down in the ground so if I was you, I would not bring my vehicle there because they're gonna take pieces from the vehicle vehicles that have been sitting there that they haven't sold and put them on your car saying that they fixed it just for you to turn around and come back two weeks later for the same issue you brought it there before wish you could leave a negative instead of stars because there beyond worse that that read more

This repair shop was recommended to me by a co-worker. My first visit was ok. I had a water pump replaced. I had to take it back. Thats when they did additional repairs for cooling system along with engine oil leaks. I had to take it back again. After several weeks, I went to pick it up. All four tires were almost flat and one had been punctured. The manager quickly denied any responsibility. I purchased new tires. None of my concerns, all results of their previous repairs, have been corrected and all the manager will say is bring it back again, or that they are not responsible for anything. My car acquired multiple scratches along with small parts on its exterior being removed. All while in for repairs. But those are not the responsibility of the facility! I disagree. And Matt, the manager along with Sam the owner, could care less. read more

I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I have a BMW X3 and my side mirror is damaged. I can hardly drive my vehicle. I pulled up to Elite Bmers & Benz and spoke with Matt to get a quote for my side mirror and they told me they cant even look at my car for a few days... I thought that was odd, the repair shop didn't seem busy at all. When I got home, I gave them a call and Matt picked up the phone, saying I should drive by right now and he can give me a quote to get it fixed. I'm not sure what it could be about myself but when they saw me they did not want to service me, but from hearing my voice they were happy to service me. I wonder what that might be.... Avoid this place, I will be happily to give my money to a repair shop that is happy to service anyone and not push people aside. read more

Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job on my 2013 X5 35i. I had it tuned up, transmission, F/R Diff and transfer case service at 85K miles. They also had my cracked windshield replaced. I thought they charged me a fair price and were not at all pushy. I like that Matt takes the time to go over what needs to be done, makes recommendations and suggestions for improvement. Called yesterday about an oil change and noise concern under the hood of my 2018 Mercedes cla-250. David and another gentleman I spoke with on the phone were very nice, helpful, and informative. Told to come in the next morning. Coincidentally I needed a service B done and even with it being a Friday and clearly they were very busy they went ahead and also did the service in addition to the oil change despite time constraints. Super chill and nice guys. Extremely reasonable pricing. The Mercedes dealership quoted me nearly triple what I paid here for the same work. I recently had my BMW X5 serviced for the first time outside a dealership and these guys gave me a no hassle price and made reasonable repair recommendations. They completed my repairs earlier than promised and at the price discussed. Only recommendation for management would be to either wash the car after service, as the dealership does or offer a coupon for the Mister Carwash across the street from their shop. Awesome! * Great customer service * Very honest staff * Amazing quality work I took my Mercedes in because it was squeaking and cracking when turning the steering wheel, after speaking with many experts I was told that it was due to the ball joints which were worn out. After I heard about Elite Beamers and Benz through my friend, I took it in for a consultation. The manager Alex was a very kind and empathetic person. Alex took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what was causing the issue step-by-step. Their expert technician Shannon Mitchell quickly analyzed the problem and concluded that it was the ball joints. Shannon came up with a plan of action, and I told him to go for it. I told them to do everything they could to get my vehicle into shape. Their expert technicians replaced the top ball joints, the bottom control arms and ball joints and did an alignment which I quickly learned that only special shops like theirs can do. Another point that highly impressed me, was that I was given a two-year warranty on all parts, they used genuine German made parts, and their total price was a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer. When I went to pick up the Mercedes, I had an opportunity to meet the owners of the shop, they were a very nice couple who were very passionate and proud about their work and level of quality that they provide. I honestly don't think that the dealer could have done a better job. These guys seem to really pay attention to every detail, and that has not always been my experience at the Mercedes dealers where they try to quickly do something and rush it out. Brought my BMW in for an oil change today. The guys there were all very courteous. The service was done pretty quick. I also had a TMP malfunction and Matt went over the diagnostic to identify which wheel sensor was bad. He explained what needed to be replaced and approximately what it would cost to get it fixed. One of the bolts was stripped but they managed to get the old one off and the new one installed. Some alignment issues due to bent bracket but we'll get that fixed hopefully very soon. I talked to a few shops, and Alex was by far the best at explaining what the issue could be (before bringing the car in) aside from it could be 'anything', and gave me a reasonable quote for the service. He is also very customer oriented, taking the time to explain (he can take you to the shop to actually show you the problem), and call you with updates. Highly recommended. read more

Do not go to Elite Bmers & Benz unless they get rid of Sam. Worse experience ever! I drove over 3 hours from Austin to Spring to buy a car for my daughter. I talked with Sam several times throughout the week, trying to understand everything about the car, so there wouldn't be any surprises. He lied to me about several items. I asked him to tell me about any rock chips or dings on the car and if he could send me pictures of these with his cell phone, he told me it was flawless. I asked about the tire, he said they look like brand new Michelin tires with full tread on them. I asked if the dash board was cracked, he said it was not. He said the car was is perfect condition. When I got there, the car was covered with rock chips, down to where you can see the silver metal on the car, the front tires needed to be replaced, and there were several very large cracks in the dashboard. He is very good at what he does, lying. I am usually a good judge of character and he definitely fooled me. Very disappointed and frustrated. read more

My experience here was great! I had my 08 ML320 CDI in for an oil cooler and power steering pump replacement. I first brought it to the dealership because I had an extended warranty and after they finished doing the diagnosis they told me with my extended warranty that I ONLY had to pay $2700 for the repair. I know I own a Mercedes-Benz but I don't own a money tree in my back yard. I grew up in a family of mechanics, my family used to own a car shop, and I work on my own cars. The only reason I wanted to get it repaired at a shop was because I paid for an extended warranty and I wanted to utilize it. I checked out the internet for shops around my area and looked at reviews. Elite Bmers and Benz came up and I went to go check them out. Alex was the one who greeted me and basically I told him I could fix it myself but I want to give them a shot and let them fix it. He knew how hesitant I was about it but he gave me the feeling they would really take care of me and work with me and the extended warranty to find a reasonable price for the repair. 1 month later (I think they actually lost $$ on my because of all the cleaning they had to do because of my oil leak and you cant rush good work) I picked up my car and it was all fixed. I was fortunate enough to have a spare car and my extended warranty did provide a rental car for 5 of those days and I told Alex to take his time and make sure it was done right. They ran into some unexpected delays, broken hoses and parts that took a day or two to be delivered but otherwise he took care of it with the extended warranty and covered it all. Just to add, he also did a free radiator flush and oil change for me while they were at it. I did my through check on the car the next few days and not a drop of oil or power steering fluid could be seen. I just wanted to say thanks for the great job they did and if you have any questions about bringing your car to this location, just talk to Alex and they will take good care of you. Just for the record I ended up only paying less than a 5th of what the dealership was going to charge me. Thanks again Elite Bmers and Benz for the great work you did. read more
