I brought my 2012 Prius for an Engine light and a couple other problems I was willing to wait or make an appointment. Also willing to wait all day if necessary. I don't have an alternative other than waiting. Refuse to even let me make an appointment for a future date and wait on that date in their wait area. Took my 2016 tundra in for a full drivetrain oil change from diff, trans, 4x4 and motor oil. Kurt and his team are top notch! Very honest/clean shop. I have never had service like this before..they made me feel at home from beginning to end! Kurt and Hannah are amazing! I met and work with Kurt at God's Garage which is a volunteer non profit that services cars for single moms. Working hand in hand with him, I can vouch for his professionalism and diligence. He is a fabulous diagnostician. I now take all my cars to him. I took my 2012 Nissan GT-R to him with a check engine light that I couldn't diagnose. He tracked the problem to an o2 sensor that the wires had been frayed after rubbing against a loose heat shield creating an intermittent problem that others couldn't figure out. I've also had him do a timing belt, water pump, and fluid change, 120k maintenance on my 2012 Honda Odyssey van. He charges fair prices, much much cheaper than a dealership but his work is of higher quality than other independent shops that I've used. Hannah runs the front and is a pleasure to talk with. I brought my car here to be fixed recently, and the service and professionalism that I received was absolutely great. Not only did Hannah explain to me what was going on with my car, she helped guide me through everything with the warranty I have through Carmax. I called Carmax to talk to them about bringing my car in, and they said I can find another company that can work with my warranty. Not only was I able to bring in my car in a few days to Kennedy Auto Solutions, but everything was able to be fixed accordingly. Kurt is very knowledgabe about the warranty process through Carmax as well as knowing what needed to be done to fix my Kia Forte's air conditioner. I was able to get a rental during the time my car was being worked on too. This entire experience went great and could not have gone any smoother.
