Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. They also went through and made sure to work with my insurance for any issues that may have popped up and needed additional funds. Multiple cars on the lot, and multiple salespeople ambling around. We were eventually approached by one who was nice but not really that helpful. He took us on a short test drive around this very busy, very crowded dealership. We did ask him some specific questions (regarding wheel size, cargo capacity and cargo measurements) that he wasn't quite sure about. Eventually wheel size was determined, but he had no idea about measurements in the cargo area, with or without the back seats down. Unimpressed. I personally own a Mazda MX5 Miata that was purchased from a now-closed dealership that Team Gillman absorbed. I recall receiving a lot more knowledgeable responses from their sales team. Too bad they're no longer in business. While we liked the CX5, it was not the vehicle of our choice. I'm grateful, though, that there was a location not too far from us where we could check it out. Other than that, Team Gillman Mazda didn't really do much more for us.

On 09/03/2025 I…read morearrived for my first of 3 "complimentary oil changes and tire rotations" offered to me when I purchased my car in February of this year by their sales person. They did not have my account documented with as such and the service manager, Jimmy Whitton and GM , Taylor Anderson both told my service advisor they would not deliver on the commitment. After I personally spoke to the GM myself, he finally remembered they had made that promise to me. The level of service should NOT have gotten to that point. Things only took a turn for the worse. When they returned my car to me, I had about an 8 INCH crack in my windshield that was not there when I gave them my keys. They REFUSED to fix the $780+ damage (their quoted price to replace my windshield" caused by their car wash as they said, unbeknownst to me, I had a rock chip on my window and therefore it was my fault. NO ONE informed me I had a "rock chip" nor about any risk associated with their carwash. During my oil change they supposedly performed a "multipoint" inspection and indicated the wipers on the window were thoroughly inspected, yet ZERO notation about a rock chip. They did not even tell me about the damage done to my windshield in their "care." This is unprofessional and borders shady practices. It was upon getting ready to leave and seeing my now cracked windshield for myself. Again, their SM and GM refused to take responsibility and fix the damage done to my windshield. The GM suggested they have people "in training" in the service department. I have given them multiple opportunities to do the right thing and fix the damage caused in their possession. The GM offered to give me the windshield at a $250 discount. Being that my family purchased TWO Mazdas from this dealership in the past 8 months, I will never buy another car from them again and would recommend you avoid them at all cost. They clearly do not value their customers not take ownership when they make a mistake.

When I called to check on it, I was told no one else could give me an update because they weren't Harry--which makes no sense. All customer and vehicle information should be accessible in the system. On top of that, no one even had my contact info ready. I tried calling Harry directly and never got a call back. I was told my message would be passed along, but here we are the next day (03/17) and still no response. I have work and kids to take care of, and being left without any communication is extremely frustrating. This level of service is unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a dealership this size. I expected much better.
