Once again I almost feel guilty when I take one of my vehicles to Vic's, because these guys are worth a lot more than they charge (but, please don't tell THEM I said that!). Aside from performing superb work (I've NEVER had to return to Vic's with a complaint or a re-do,... never), they're just great folks to do business with (all that's lacking is a margarita bar,... I keep suggesting one, though). I took my Lexus to Vic's to inquire about repairing my passenger side outside mirror. I had minimal damage due to a self inflicted collision I had with the column separating my two garage doors. Chris handled my repair with ease, told me he could fix it and gave me a fair estimate to do it. He ordered the part and I went in the next day and they repaired it in like one hour. Charged me less than half of what the Lexus dealership would charge. They did a very good job, looks good as new and they used genuine Lexus parts too. I was very happy about that. I was very pleased with the service that I received at Vic Auto Services. I called before I went in to have them look over my car and they were very nice and professional on the phone. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the nice office and friendly people. We set up a time for me to return to drop off my vehicle and I was even assisted with my rental car. They were very accurate with their estimation of how long it would take for my car to be repaired. I was called and updated during the time they had my car. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at how nice it looked and even more pleased that a scratch had been buffed out that I did not even request. I've been taking my cars to Vic for the last 10 years, back when he was located on Veterans Memorial and TC Jester. He literally knows my car just as well as I do. He is extremely detail oriented. When Vic recommends a service on my car, I get it done without question. My car currently has 133,000 miles on it and it is in great condition and I have Vic and his staff to thank for that. I truly can't say enough about Vic's knowledge, professionalism, and, more importantly, his honesty. I stay in SW Houston and drive all the way to Spring to get my car serviced. Vic has been servicing all my family cars for quite some time. He and his crew have managed to keep my business car and various college cars in good repair and keep myself and family safe. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for business use and was somewhat surprised to find out that there were a number of paint and minor body issues that I missed. My late father always said a good honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. I finally found mine. I had my daughters car completely re done for a Christmas present. Not only did they finish it ahead of time but gave us different options to save money along the way. On top of this they took care of all the extras, like the radio and custom leather seat covers all at their shop. They personally delivered it to my house early in the morning for my daughters surprise with red bows and a blow up elf in the drivers seat. This place and people are truly a class act. read more

This place is awesome. I knew they did body work but didn't know they did engine repair. After taking my Audi to another shop to be told they couldn't fix it I called Vic's to ask did they know where I could take it. Chris said sure do bring it to us. I found Vic's completely by mistake. Another shop couldn't fix my BMW and suggested I tow it from them to Vic's instead. Vic's diagnosed the problem right away. I also had a Cadillac that wasn't running that had been diagnosed as needing over $2000 worth of work to get running. After being without it for 2 months I finally towed it to Vic's.
