From a nearly blown out tire (that was caused due to horrible alignment from a different shop) to a simple oil change/inspection. I went in for an oil change and was told that my car was leaking oil and they told me that they could fix it. They kept my Lexus for a week and they could not get it to start. They brought other mechanics in to try to fix it. When it was returned it rode rough and sounded bad. They tried to fix it again with little improvement. I had paid them $900 and asked for my money back which never happened. I then it brought it to a Lexus repairman and they said that who ever fixed my car didn't know what they were doing. I paid them $1200 to fix it. They asked if I ever had oil spots on the driveway or garage. I told them no and they said it may never had an oil leak but the engine was tinkered with by an unskilled person. I am very unhappy and sold the car because it was never the same. Now when I drive by I am more angered because a real estate competitor has a bill board on Express Oil Changes property. read more

I've been here twice in the past week, both with groupons for an oil change with tire rotation. The shop is very clean, with a friendly staff. They offer a good range of services for your vehicle and it seems like a no pressure pitch when they come to tell you that they recommend changing an air filter, for example. The waiting room is a little small, but has a tv, coffee machine, magazines, and a clean restroom (complete with baby change station). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

******Update! Although i had a horrible experience I gave the business 4 stars because the manager was very apologetic and did his best to fix the problem. I had to take my car back because it ended up leaking oil. The manager checked my car thoroughly and even put air in my tires since they were a tad low. He changed the oil again and double checked the other fluids. The manager was not there I got my oil changed and it's not his fault this happened. He reassured me that he spoke to his employees and told them to double check their work. Do not go here!!! This place is horrible. I came here on a Thursday evening. They charged me $60 bucks to change my oil and took them about 7 minutes to change it. I feel like they didn't change it and just charged me money. In my 36 years of life I have never experienced an oil change this fast. Hopefully, my motor doesn't mess up because of these mechanics carelessness. To top of this horrible experience these idiots left my hood open. I was traveling on the freeway and noticed it moving. I immediately pulled over to a gas station and sure enough it was open. I can't even imagine the accident this mistake could have caused. My 2 years old son was in the car with me. So please save your money and possibly your life and go somewhere else!!! read more

I went here because it was the closest to where I was eating lunch. I needed my car inspected. I knew I had a bad tire,but did not know it was to bad to pass. They guys here told me it would not pass before they started the test. You have to pay no matter what if they start the test. While discussing the tire, they notice the tire had a split in it I had not noticed. They took amazing care of me and my car. I would totally recommend them and will go back to them. read more

I got a groupon for an oil change and filter from this place. I went to use it and all the guys working here are polite and friendly. They tried to upsell me on several items and I had them put a new air filter in. One major thing I take issue with is that he told me my differential oil is cloudy who's isn't true. I overheard him telling another customer his diff oil had metal shavings in it. Both of us smelled bullshit. Be careful at this place read more

Had a great experience with the new manager Stephen! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my brakes and he figured out the cause of the problem, got parts brought to this location and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was there for about 6 hours but different parts had to be brought over, but they constantly were hands on with my car while they were waiting for the parts to come. Never thought I'd say this but I can't wait until my next oil change, just because of the great customer service and how welcoming the staff were. read more

My engine light came on and since my car was already there for an oil change, I asked them to check on it. Chad, the guy who works there, led me to believe that they ran a diagnosis and told me that my valve gaskets needed to be replaced. He had my car all day and didn't tell me this until 2pm. Unfortunately, I let them do the work. HOWEVER, they LIED! They called me that the car was ready and went I went there to get it, they still had my hood open and Chad said that they don't know why the engine light is on. ISN'T THAT THE REASON YOU'VE HAD IT ALL DAY?!!! I asked. Apparently, they lied about really knowing how to solve my engine issue. They hadn't even determined what the codes were. Nothing. I had to pay the $264 for the valve gasket replacements which they said was 2 hours worth of labor!!!!! Then guess what? I took it to another mechanic who found out the problem with my car immediately. A coil had to be replaced. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE TIME WITH YOUR CAR. LET THEM STICK TO OIL CHANGES! The mechanics there ripped me off, they didn't even apologize for leading me on. read more

These idiots claimed that my car ONLY took synthetic oil and that I couldn't get conventional oil (which is what I ALWAYS use) because it was their BS "policy". Sounds like they just want to rip their customers out of more money. Never going back. NOTE* They failed to inform me that my car only takes synthetic AFTER they drained the oil. THAT was my biggest issue with them. read more
