DO NOT GO HERE. They fucked up my brand new 2024 Honda civic. I went for a simple oil change and those stupid fucks didn't even install the oil filter and skid plate back on correctly so here I am driving down the road and my skid plate is scraping on the ground. I turn around for them to fix it but as they were pulling it back into the bay, a dumbass motherfucker didn't realize that my skid plate was hanging on by a screw or two and it clips the edge and BENDS IT IN HALF. He just said "my bad bro" They said that it was their mistake and I could come back to get a new factory skid plate installed. I called them for MONTHS trying to get a new skid plate and they never fixed it so I ripped it off myself in the driveway of my home. The oil filter was leaking, I just went to auto zone to install one myself since none of them supposedly knows how to do their jobs correctly. I've been here before with a previous car to get a new cabin air filter, and those stupid fucks didn't know how to reinstall the glovebox so I had to show the employee how to do it. Needless to say, I'm more of a mechanic than anyone that works there. Might as well pay your neighbor to change your oil for you. I bet they would do a better job than those imbeciles at the LOUETTA JIFFY LUBE. I'm never going back and you shouldn't either. As you can tell, IM FUCKING PISSED and this happened a year ago. So I came on Tuesday October 8,2024 and although it's been a while since I came to this location, I was in my old neighborhood near Cypresswood Drive and decided to get my oil change and tires rotated, as my car's indication lights were on. I came and the staff were super friendly and profession, but like an idiot, after they completed my oil change and replaced my reverse light bulb that was out, I totally forgot to ask to have air added to my tires as well as asking for the tire rotation service. I though that before paying, the young sales associate would have reminded me or advised that the tire light indicator was on, which would have prompted me to remember to request for air and a tire rotation. So after paying for the initial oil change, and having them install the reverse light bulbs that I had picked up at AUTOZONE, I swung back around and told them that I forgot to ask them to add air into my tires as well as a tire rotation, because the tire indication light was still flashing. They did not hesitate to assist me and after they got a hold of my car, I also remembered that my registration was due in November 2024 so I also asked if they could get the inspection done for the car registration. They were quick to do the work, but after paying for the second set of services and getting the documents for the registration renewal along with my tire change, I started to drive off back into town, where I currently live. I began hearing a scraping noise and had to complete a full UTURN to return back to their location. Upon returning, I parked the car and looked under my vehicle, where I saw the plastic plate not connected to the underside of my car. I was a little upset that I had to return to see what the loud scraping noise was and was hoping that there wasn't any damage made to the car. I spoke to the guy to checked me out again, and he said that they would fix this issue. I also met the General Manager, (I think his name was Devlin) who apologized for the issue of them not reattaching the plate beneath my vehicle. I also had to call Devlin a second time because after they fixed the issue with the plate scraping the ground, I also noticed that they did not reset the maintenance light on my car. Devlin apologized again, and told me that the next time I come to this location for an oil change, he would go ahead and offer a $25 discount towards my oil change for the issue of them not properly securing the bottom plate of my car. I was super thankful for this offer and told him that I will see him when it was time for another oil change. Had the team not forgotten to attach the bottom plate to my car, I would have rated them with a higher score, but since I had to drive back after hearing a loud scrapping noise, I wanted to make sure that I came back, in case any damage was made to my car. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE! So I went for an oil change last month and they said "your CABIN air filter needs to be replaced." And showed me an actual dirty cabin air filter. I said that I would buy the part myself and went about my day after paying for the oil change. Fast forward, I went to O'Reilly and Autozone to find my air filter and neither of them sold it. I called Ford dealership (I own a ford f-150 year 2005) to ask what brand they use for my cabin air filter and they told me, "your truck does NOT have a cabin air filter only an engine air filter. Cabin air filters weren't made for ford trucks until the year 2013." So Jiffy Lube LIED about me having to get a new cabin filter in hopes that I wouldn't know what they were talking about and to get an extra $50+ from my visit. Don't go here. read more

Avoid! They ripped me off during an inspection. They threatened to fail my car if I didn't purchase wiper blades from them. My blades worked perfectly. There were no visible rips or tears and I regularly drive through drenching Houston rain using them. They also took advantage of my ignorance. I did not know that I could purchase blades elsewhere and come back within 15 days for a free inspection, as per state law. Instead, I was forced to purchase overpriced wiper blades on the spot. I'm also reporting them to the DPS and Better Business Bureau. Update: I tried to return the overpriced blades after having them only a couple hours and they refused. read more

I have been bringing my SUV here since I bought in back in 2012. I bring in around the scheduled maintenance periods by miles and these guys have kept it running beautifully over the years. I always bring my car here to get oil changes and inspections, since it's so close to my home. Every time I come, they are very quick, polite, and informative. Today I am a little put off because as the guy helping me was going through all the extra things they recommend doing to the car, (I was a little confused with some of the filters and such he was referring to) he kept laughing at me. I really don't appreciate being made to feel stupid, just because I can't identify every one of my car's interior parts. Again, they are always super nice when I come and have never had a problem. I was in need of help, but a gentlemen in there refused to assist me because he stated that he was on break. He told me to pay him and that I was bothering him when he was on break. I asked him if there was anyone else available, but he just ignored me. He proceeded to give me nicknames and being disrespectful. $130 oil change. Usually it's around $85. They told every single person they needed new wiper blades. Mine are 7 months old. Told one lady she would fail inspection without them even though hers were only 3 months old. And they told me to return in 5000 miles when full synthetic oil should get 8-10000 miles of use. While having my vehicle serviced I listened to the manager and employee fight in the shop, the manager addressed the issue properly in my opinion but the employee just kept going and going until she was sent home. Today I went to use my windshield wipers and whatever she poured in my reservoir smells like industrial floor cleaner and is leaving streaks all over the windshield. I had to drain the reservoir and flush it with fresh water. Not happy with this. This location needs corporate attention. It's run down and a bad look on the brand compared to all the locations that surround it. I have gone to other locations with good results. First of all the guy spoke so fast and monotone, I could not understand him. He said it would be a few minutes then came and asked if I wanted to stay awhile (sarcastically) since my car was waiting. I got in and noticed that it had not been vacuumed. He insisted it had been but there was dirt on the mats and even a piece of paper. There were greasy hand prints on my windshield where they put their sticker and on my driver door. I went in for an oil change and Mwey was incredibly helpful. He explained the differences in oil and made for a pleasant experience. He also noticed that my state inspection was almost expired and asked if I wanted to get it done since I was already taking care of my car needs. I agreed only because I felt that my car was in the best hands. I drove away with complete confidence in my vehicle. He also added that in between oil changes I could come back for a check up to make sure that all the works were still functioning correctly. I usually have some difficulty finding a place that can do my oil change due to the fact that my vehicle is lowered to the extent that the lifts or jacks don't normally fit under the car. My only answer, unfortunately, is either Jiffy Lube or find some time to do it myself. Anyhow, I came in here with my own oil (5 quarts of Amsoil DOMINATOR 10W-30) and a K&N filter since I called ahead of time and was told over the phone that it would be $19.99. I arrive and go straight in since it was pretty empty and had the vehicle done within 15 minutes. I go up to the counter to pay and end up getting charged the standard $39.99 for an oil change. Now, I'm not normally one to complain about $20 dollars, but I expect for them to simply honor their word. I requested to speak to the manager there, but they didn't want to honor what they said over the phone. I honestly forgot the guy's name, but I've never met a more unreasonable individual. I've dealt with other Jiffy Lubes before and in fact I called several other ones who mentioned if I brought my own stuff in, they'd charge me $19.99. I've been going to this location for so long. I've lived in the neighborhood 17 years and I like to keep as much work going to my community as possible. Today was a disturbing experience. I've had my truck for 9 years and never changed my tint since I bought it new. I have jiffy lube do my oil and inspections on all my vehicles. Today the Mgr. Jarrett was rude and not helpful at all. He seemed to be having a bad day. We all have them but how you handle it is what makes the man. I have always had the Mgr. Robert ( I think)help me and he goes above and beyond. crook alert...!!! at jiffy lube store #1679 8275 louetta rd spring, tx. 77379 on july 1st, 2017, my girlfriend brought her car in for an high-mileage oil change, and to have the fluids topped off. after 45-minutes, she received a bill $122.91...! the charges: high mileage oil change - $66.99 extra 1/2 quart. - $ 3.50 cabin air filter. - $39.99 radiator cap. - $13.99 coolant. - $. 4.99 the radiator cap: - did not approve part - i called the same day to dispute the charge - i was informed that she was notified that the cap needed to be replaced, because of cracks in gasket -- and that she approved the charge - the next day i discovered that the radiator cap was never replaced -- the original factory cap was still in place...!!! engine & cabin air filter: - she was informed that jiffy lube recommend that she replace both filters - they removed the engine air filter, but did not replace the old filter...!!! - and they did not fasten down the housing top...!!! - they replaced the cabin air filter, but with the wrong size filter -- it was too tall, and too small on all sides...!!! what makes these failures so aggress, is that these failures were carried out by both the manager, donnell b.; and the assistant manager, jarrett r. of the store...!!! i went to the store yesterday, july 2nd, 2017, to demand a full refund, but the staff on-site was not authorized to give me a refund... both employees onsite, greg and conner (?) both verified and witnessed the failures listed above...!!! i returned to the store this morning, july 3th, 2017, and met with the manager to demand a full refund -- he initially refused, but after i demanded to speak with the district manager, he called the district manager who authorized a full refund...!!! after 45 minutes i received a full refund of $122.91 after receiving my refund i proceeded to my car, i was met in the parking lot by donnell b. who told me to get off the property and never come back or that he would acll the police...!!!! wtf...!!! i strongly recommend to boycott this establishment, and to tell everyone that you know that this establishment is be run by two criminals, who would not think twice to cheat your mothers, wifes, daughters, and girlfriends...!!!! protect your loved ones from "service predators". just say no to: jiff lube #1679 allied lube texas l.p. 8275 louetta rd spring, tx 281-370-5545 read more

Well I should have read the reviews on here for this specific location before I went. Because like others reviews I encountered the most horrible customer service from apparently the assistant manager Jarrett R. This would only be my second oil change to my vehicle since it was new. I had a Groupon I purchase online for a signature service oil change with rain-ex treatment. With in literally 5min of being there I was pushed to up sell my oil change with a engine filter. We did not need one due to our car being new. After my fiancé and I declined the filter. Jarrett R. Tone and attitude change toward us immediately. We were done with everything in 10min but the whole experience was very off putting. I had to drive back to get a new sticker for the next oil change as well because they did not put one on and also did not get the rain-ex treatment that came with the Groupon. Mind you we were the only car there being service. I have been in customer service for 20yrs. And would never treat someone the way Jarrett R. Treats customers really like he could care less if he's helping people or not. Just wants to get the up sells for more money. Will never go back to this location for sure!!!!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Ridden with guilt and shame, I came in with my Veloster for an oil change that was over 1,500 miles late. As soon as drove up, I was welcomed inside and waited all of 10 minutes before they were finished with my car. Ariana was super friendly and engaging which made my experience 10x better simply by striking up a conversation with me. But I'm not finished! Once I was paid out and good to go, I got into my car and attempted to start it, only to be met with the infamous *click click click* sound reminiscent of a battery on its deathbed. I wanted to die. Feeling completely embarrassed, I asked Ariana if she could lend me a hand one last time. "Sure! No problem!" And just like that, one of her coworkers had their car pulled up next to mine for a jump. Took 3 hours for my oil change, after sitting there for an hour - they sent me to an O'reilly's 15 min away to get an oil filter b/c they didn't have one for my car (it's just a VW passat), came back - waited another hour - guy "conveniently" forgot to give me the $10 off he promised - I had to remind him of it before paying, then when getting in the car - the guy left my seat covered in his sweat - That being incredibly disgusting & the smell that lingered for HOURS in my car almost made throw up.
