Dissatisfied with this location!!!. Went in for a routine oil change on my vehicle. I recieved the oil change and the assistant manager recommened addtional service of brake fluid exchange. I agreed to the service and while the service was being conducted a jiffy lube service attendant caused damage to my vehicle by breaking the bleeder valve to my front passenger caliber. To make a long stort short, I had to get a district manager involved. The district manager apologized and said this recommended work should have never been performed at this location. My vehicle was towed to another jiffy lube location to complete the repair work and this location caused further damage, Three days later after a broken bleed screw and rear wheel calliber replacement performed by my personal mechanic due to Jiffy Lubes negligence, Jiffy Lube refuses to reimburse me for loss of use of my vehicle. The district manager offered to pay for my repair bill and provide a full refund for the oil change and poor repair service provided. I was without use of a vehicle for three days, After contacting a regional manager and advised him Jiffy Lube caused demage to my vehcile and also the loss of use of my vehcle and the fact that I was seeking at leaset two days of restitution he had the audacity to only offer me a free oil change for my next visit. Can you believe that? Customers and future customers of Jiffy Lube please beware, do not accept any recommended additional services outside of an oil change from any Jiffy Lube. They are not equipped to conduct any type of mechanical auto repairs. A fifth grader could had done a better vehicle repair and would have not attempted to cover up damaging my vehcle. Please please please, dont be duped or stuck on stupid like I was, please learn from my mistake. If Jiffy Lube does cause damage to your vehicle they will find every loope hole not to pay, delay your claim or totally dismise it. Loss of vehicle use ia important to me. I went to get my oil change in January. Today I noticed oil stains on my driveway. Drove to work and made it thank god. Walked to close enough autozone to get quartz of oil. Put in 1 quart and noticed immediately a puddle growing under truck. Looked under truck and the filter had dings on it like someone had attempted to beat it off, and a ?/15/22 date on it. They never fucking changed the filter. Sad thing is I have used them for years now. I have contacted corporate and I expect full reimbursement and the job done right. After leaving feeling ripped off I vented to my dad who called in and was lied to by an associate saying that the estimate was explained to me prior to paying. My receipt says that I was informed of an increase in price from the original estimate which was not verbally or physically approved by me. I was never given an estimate or a warning that my total would be higher than the nonexistent estimate. They are crediting me back $20 which I appreciate but the way the situation was handled still ensures I will not use this Jiffy Lube for any services. Customer service is a big thing for me and the guys here were very polite and gentlemanly. They open all doors car and office, for each customer and ensured that we were aware of where the facilities were and also that coffee was available... They went over the details of what was needed for my vehicle and made sure to clean up behind themselves. I will return. read more

It cost me more money to fix the mistakes they made than it would have to just pay for it all out of pocket. They don't do body work. I went in for a tire rotation, and it seems the staff was either not properly trained or just didn't care. They rotated the tires by switching front and rear, but not switching sides. The owners manual for my vehicle (which was accessible to them in the car) clearly shows the rear tires should be switched to opposite sides when they are moved to the front. After the work was completed, I asked if they reprogrammed the tire pressure monitoring system, and the worked told me "we don't do that here." So now my car has tires that were improperly rotated, and a monitoring system that is not reporting the correct tires in the order displayed. Waste of $30 now that I have to find another shop to fix it. read more

This place will screw your company over. Take a company vehicle there and tell them oil change only no matter what. Regardless of what you tell them, at least $100 extra will be added to the bill for tire rotation, new blades, bulbs etc. They will then say enterprise told us. Went here on a Sunday to get my oil changed and an inspection. I was greeted immediately and told a wait time of 30 minutes. I was also given a price for my services so there would be no guessing game. There is seating in the waiting area and a vending machine. The thing that took my visit over the top was that I was informed of ways to save money on my visit by being recommended to purchase a Groupon and by donating which added an extra savings. I went in for an oil change and headlight cleaning. I told the staff that I would stay in my car because I felt safer and I didn't want to wait in their small crowded waiting room during this pandemic. I ended up getting an engine flush as well because I had went over the recommended miles since my last oil change. Then the employee recommended that I change my air filters in addition to the other services. After asking him for the fee amount, I declined. I told him it would be more affordable and practical for my father to change them. He then challenged my decision and asked me when would that be! Like really dude? The staff didn't practice social distancing at all! The employee who was preforming the services on my car kept coming up to my door to open it. After the second time he did it, I just locked my doors so he wouldn't come into my personal space w/o me first putting on my mask. Once the services were done, I looked over my receipt wondering why my total was so expensive because as usual I brought in my coupons. After going over the charges w/ the front desk personnel, turns out that I was overcharged for the headlight cleaning and the wrong oil was put into my car. I was livid because the staff was highly unprofessional and consist of a lot of new and young men. Therefore I decided to call the customer service number on the back of my invoice to inform them of all the incidents that occurred during my visit. Someone finally called me back within 4 days and after speaking with the rep James, he apologized and agreed to refund me for the oil change only. I went back to the location for my refund only to find out that the rep James never spoke to the manager Joel to advise him to give me a refund. I call the customer service rep back the following day and no answer. I left a voicemail and to this day I still haven't heard back from him. Everyone at that particular location and the customer service rep James are unprofessional liars. BEWARE!!! I will never come back here. I decided to come here today after purchasing a groupon coupon a few days ago. It was a good deal and it said I would have to pay a difference if I chose synthetic oil. So I get there, a gentleman approaches my car, I show him my groupon voucher and I inform him that I would like synthetic oil and how can I find out the price difference I would owe. He directs me inside and says someone will scan my voucher and tell me the difference. I head inside, I wait for TEN minutes at the counter and no one comes. When I see them drive my car in, I decide to head back outside and ask whether I need to approve anything before they proceed with the oil change. A different gentleman says yes and asks me to fill in my information, then he pulls up a page with different types of oils and prices. He immediately says the most expensive one is the only one they have left because they "just" ran out of the other synthetics. I say "well I will come back when you have the other one". He says "oh we already drained your oil". I said "oh really, because I was never told the price and did not give you permission to get started". So he said I needed to request a price check as soon as I got there and if I hadn't that automatically meant I approved the oil change. I told him I had in fact asked for a price check and nobody helped me inside. So he called his manager (who apparently wasn't there), and then said "my manager said we JUST got another shipment in and we do have the other synthetic oil". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Oh, and after my oil change I guess they were too lazy to reset it and left my oil light on. Safe to say, I will NEVER come back to this location.
