    As you can see. I'm eligible for a free top off either before 2/22/2024, or before the stated mileage. I came before the date, admittedly over the mileage. According to the person helping me, I didn't qualify because I passed the mileage. So what's the "or" for?? It doesn't say "and". THEN I would agree that I don't qualify for the free top off because I would have to come in before the date AND before the mileage. Ridiculous. After I paid for my top off, the guy didn't even have the courtesy to give me a sticker reminder for the next oil change. Sufficed to say I won't be going back.

    Pulled in at 2:03pm and out at 2:07pm. They work quick. No wait, no hassle. Customer service was excellent from all five workers. They explained everything completely through the process and they even reset my mileage on my car for me. Will definitely be returning.

    An update to my initial review from a week ago is warranted, as a series of rather unfortunate events has transpired since then. Within days of my state inspection at Take 5 and the subsequent mangling of my gas cap, my check engine light illuminates. I immediately return to Take 5 and inform them of the problem. The manager (sorry, I never caught his name) told me that my cap looked like this when I came in - and that it wasn't their problem. Not taking his assessment (since this car has just over 14K miles on it and I never would have passed inspection with my cap this way and the check engine light illuminated), he finally agreed that he'd get me a new gas cap. That was on 4/25/17. I told him the local Mazda dealership (less than 7 miles away) would most likely have one in stock and I expected to hear from him within 2 days. On a lark, I went to the Take 5 website and filled out a customer satisfaction form that afternoon, stating what had transpired during the inspection and the flak I'd received when I returned to the station that day. I was called that night by a district manager, assuring me that a new cap had been ordered for me - but he did express doubts about the cause of the check engine light. He did request photos of the cap, which were sent to him. I wanted an impartial verification, so I went to a local auto parts store that offers the free service of pulling your codes on a check engine light. Verified -- P0455: evaporative emission system leak from fuel tank. Print out of that sent to the district manager. Again, I was reassured my gas cap was "ordered." The days drag on and I hear nothing, so I'm beginning to seethe more than I was already. I finally call the local Mazda dealership parts department myself to see if they have the part. Confirmed, they have it in stock. Call back Take 5: oh, the manager's not there and he won't be back until tomorrow. A different "manager" is covering for him. And this is where things finally happened. Shout out to Ted - the "different manager" who got it taken care of today. He drove to the Mazda dealership himself, purchased the part and called me back to pick it up - all before noon. If it weren't for Ted, my update would be down to 1 star. Ted, however, allows them to remain at the 2-star level, for he went out of his way to satisfy a customer of a store that he doesn't even manage. The "real" store manager? All he did was manage to make a sticky situation go really south. He made things go from bad to worse and he lost all of the cars in this household and anyone else that I can tell to make sure to steer clear of this particular location. If Ted were in charge, I'd be coming back, but he's not, so the deal is sealed for me and anyone within earshot. Stay away from this Take 5 if you don't want your vehicle to suffer any unnecessary damage due to a required state inspection and then the subsequent accusations and aggravation that will surely follow if something should occur. You've been warned!
