I got an alignment done here in July because I had just got new tires, and the tire shop informed…read moreme that I could use an alignment. While getting my alignment done, they told me that my CAMBER BUSHINGs are messed up, and they want to fix them for me for $392.22other wise my jeep will continue to pull to the right. My Jeep is a 2023. And I bought it brand new. I have never taken it off road unfortunately. Only highway driving and I have never crashed it or ran any curbs over with it. So I was confused why my bushings somehow bad. I declined that service. And just paid for the alignment. After leaving there. My vehicle cold just as bad, or worse to the right. I drove like that for a bit. But then I stopped driving my Jeep. Until I could figure out what was wrong with the pulling. I then took my Jeep to a different mechanic. And ask them if they could look into why the jeep is pulling. After looking into it. They showed me the diagnostics of the vehicle. They showed me that my alignment was bad, and explained to me that I simply need an alignment to fix the issue. I asked them about my CAMBER BUSHINGs, and they showed me the diagnostics and told me that there is nothing wrong with them. They explained to me that a vehicle this new should never have problems with those. They then fixed my alignment, and my vehicle stopped pulling to the right. The next day. I came back to Jersey village automotive, and showed them the diagnostics. And asked them why they were trying to sell me almost $400 in parts that these other people are telling me I do not need. And also why my alignment was still messed up after getting an alignment. The Manager Michael then took my vehicle for a test drive, and told me that it is still pulling to the right. I drive my vehicle all the time. And I do not believe that it is pulling to the right. Michael and I argued for a little bit. And then I left. Michael then called me, and offered to give me half of my money back. I told Michael that I want all of my money back. Because they did not fix my alignment like I paid them to do. But instead, tried to sell me $400 worth of parts I did not need. Michael explained to me that he can only give me half back. And then realized that my money had been lost. And I paid for an alignment. And did not get an alignment. Michael had a snotty, rude attitude the whole time. And did not seem apologetic in any way. Long story short. Be careful with these people. They are shady. Who knows if they are actually doing the work they say they are doing. And they will try selling you things you do not need.

The mechanic had my jeep for one day then called and said i needed a new engine. Claimed he changed one of the fuel injectors, and he couldn't find the problem. He asked to keep it a couple more days "to figure it out". He had my car for 4 days and charged me $300. He gave it back to me in worse condition it was in because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. He also forgot to plug in the coil, which could have blown my engine.....Took it to another mechanic and within the same day he fixed my jeep and it's running like new. the problem was the two fuel injectors because neither of them were ever replaced. The only reason this place gets one star is because I can't give them zero…read more I brought my three-week-old German luxury car here for its first hand wash and interior detail, expecting extra care. Instead, I left with approximately $800 in damage. They chemically etched my headlights, gouged the paint protection film on my hood, chipped my infotainment screen, and somehow still couldn't even properly clean the wheels. When I returned, I was repeatedly told to come back later or the next day. After obtaining repair estimates, I simply asked for a refund and either reimbursement or their insurance information. Instead, I was told I was being "aggressive," ordered to leave, threatened with the police, and refused their insurance information. Rather than take responsibility, they chose to stonewall a customer whose vehicle they damaged. Now they'll have to deal with it through the legal system. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.
