I personally will not return to this particular location and I will explain why…read more I found out about this company through an ad, and I thought "oh wow, I love that they can quickly get me in and out, I don't have to get out of my car, and I DO need an oil change. Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process. One of the technicians even handled my car in a way that I would never handle my car, so I definitely did not like that. At the end I was just so happy to get out of there. The feeling of being hustled was a pretty bad feeling. I won't return. My car and I do not deserve such service. I'm a firm believer that if you just take care of the customers basic concern/main needs, you will earn trust and be able to open them up to the upselling presented to them, AFTER. To top it all off, after I left the shop, I went to the store. When I got back in the car and started my car up, the check light came back on, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!
