DO NOT GO HERE Took the truck into the shop for a noise coming from the right rear. When they inspected it, they said I need shocks/struts. Purchased the items. Very pricey, but the shop was supposed to be a good place for repairs, so I purchased them. After driving the truck for a few days, the same noise was there. I took it back they recommended another suspension item to be replaced. They took another $500, plus another $700+ from the warranty company. The noise was still there. Went in for an emission test (only). They poked and prodded everything and told me my breaks were bad. I replied they were worked on my Toyota dealership earlier and were still under warranty. Funny thing, after taking it home breaks started acting up. Called the dealer and they fixed it. But for some reason I haven't figured out why yet the check engine light intermittently comes on. Took my truck in for overheating. Yes! Automotive said radiator had a crack and wanted $1700 to replace. Also they said needed complete brake job for $1200. Thought it was to pricey but ok'ed repairs. Paid my $2900 and drove towards my farm in Buffalo. Got to Huntsville and oil light and check engine light came on. Put in 4 quarts of synthetic oil that cost $40. Got to Buffalo and next day added 5 quarts of oil. Took go a mechanic in Buffalo that found the oil line to the radiator was loose. I lost $80 in oil and paid $70 for additional repairs. The mechanic said I was lucky my engine didn't blow up. Also he warned I should watch the bottom of the radiator to make sure oil was no longer leaking. I emailed Yes! Automotive but they never responded excepting offer me a discount on my next visit. I would never return to this company nor I ever recommend this company to anyone my vehicle came in for a suspension issue and they give me these receipts showing me the total price of everything and my warranty also covered parts as well. I receive my vehicle back with transmission fluid leak leaking and flat tire Also he telling me about a diag fee no one ever mentioned that to me my if my warranty cover a repair they outline they cover diag fees which I called to verify they paid out on it and what they paid for it's all bogus and not matching up I let them do several other repairs I am not going to go on about the situation I would not recommend this place and I will review them everywhere I can to save people the time and money $1300 for 2 ball joints when the receipt shows control arms no where in these pictures you see new control arms Also they tell me my ac isn't leaking Freon I get in the truck and turn the ac on the Freon smell is shooting out the vents heavy and I don't understand how I got a check engine light when they supposed to be doing suspension read more

What was supposed to be an oil change and air filter replacement, turned out to be a whole slew of things. I do understand that certain automotive fluids are hygroscopic, like brake fluid, and should be flushed with some regularity. But to do a wholesale "strongly recommended" change out of all fluids was likely overkill. I don't think I'll ever go back again for service also because they had my car for almost 2 days for fluid services. read more

Wife dropped off her SUV for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection on Saturday at 10:30a. Used the "shuttle" to come home while they worked on it. Told it would be about two hours. Of course they talked her into needing new breaks, which a certified Ford Mechanic didn't even recommend on the last rotation. She decided to replace the break pads out of concern for safety driving our children. Classic upsale that then became a bigger issue because they needed to order a part. But hey, they'll cover the cost of the part....who knows how much labor is. There have been no estimates in terms of costs, no real explanation as to why they needed to replace these parts that, if factory new, only have 65-70K miles. Called this morning and was told the part should be in and they would have it done by 10:30a. A call to my wife then changed that to say the part won't be in till 11a. This new excuse came only 20 minutes after I called at 8:50a this morning. A full weekend later and still not done, understandably they are closed on Sunday. Delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. And I'm sure it'll cost an arm and a leg when all is FINALLY said and done. But, as of 9:30a on Monday, who knows when that'll be. read more

DO NOT USE YES AUTOMOTIVE!! I took my truck in to have the Catalytic Converter replaced and they did not replace it with what they told me. They were bought from China for 431.00 its is an after market product now my truck does not run right and the engine light is still on. I took it to my mechanic that does not do Catalytic Converter said that the code was still throwing a Catalytic Converter code. I took it back to them and after a couple of days i got it back and thet said there was nothing wrong with it. They cleared the code only for the light to come back on 2 miles down the road. I went back to my mechanic right then he checked to code again and said once again it was throwing the Catalytic Converter code again. I have taking it 2 more times and they tell me the same thing. The last time I picked it up they had lost my keys , I had to wait 30 minutes for them to find them, I got proof of what they done to my truck and will be taking them to court. Oh they also tried to tell me my Air conditioner compressor was going out and that I needed a brake job. What they did not know I just had the compressor changed by my mechanic and it is working fine and the brakes were done a year before. They will rip you off!! My wife was on the road and the spark plugs were miss-firing on her car. She went to Yes automotive and they saw she was alone and on the road and they charged her $800 for spark plugs and coil replacement on her 2002 BMW 6 cyl. Everywhere in the country charges at MOST $400. Shameful. Look it up on youtube, less than one hour to do everything and parts are less than $200. read more
