After about 10 minutes they moved the car inside the bay, the mechanic opened the hood, and then proceeded to take out the cabin air filter inside the vehicle. I protested IMMEDIATELY to the 'photographer' that all I needed was a FIVE MINUTE Emissions Test! The mechanic put everything back in the way it was, and THEN proceeded with the Emissions Test. I was FINALLY able to get out of there after spending 30 minutes on a 5 minute Emissions Test! Before leaving, I told the 'photographer' that they should begin to ASK THE CUSTOMER before they start doing anything other than what was requested. It's obvious that this place uses 'Emissions Testing' to get more business with engine and cabin air filter replacement, windshield wipers replacement, etc. The price was fine, but I'll NEVER be back.

I unfolded it and surprise was waiting for me in the seat, cat crapped all over seat. Pee all over the floor board and more cat crap all over the seats in the back of truck. This should not happen. This is what I'm most upset about. Besides transmission being fixed (can't test) experience as horrible mainly because of the exposure to cat everything inside my truck. Now I have to clean it.

They couldn't align my car but refused to refund my money instead offered me a free oil change! Which was a horrible mistake they use the cheapest oil you can find!
