I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

Since then, I went to Sun Automotive for a routine oil change. BIG mistake (see my review under Sun Automotive for details). I learned not to go back to those big talking auto shops and stick to the real mechanic that truly cares about getting your vehicle running safely and not hurting your wallet! Corey was able to remove the dipstick that was broken inside (after the oil change at Sun Automotive ) without having to replace the entire unit....saved me a few hundred $$. He also referred Houston Automatic Transmission for a transmission rebuild. Took about a week, but the best price in town. When your mechanic refers them, please listen. The owners Casey and Graham are two of the most friendly, knowledgeable automotive service workers I have ever done business with, and I have done business with them for about four years. Relatives from NW Houston drive up to their shop because of the honest and excellent work.

But be careful here. I asked about having just the brake pads changed on my vehicle instead of both pads and rotors. This should be a customer decision even though I knew at the time that an Ari could be made to do pads and rotors during the same visit. Reason? I intend to sell my vehicle over the next few months and to change rotors where is is no current rotor damage or heavy wear and deep scaring would therefore be a waste of customer money. Those decisions aside, staff and services here were excellent and I would repeat business on routine maintenance items.
