I went to get a tire replace that had a screw on it. Caleb said it was unrepairable sidewall puncture from a screw, when it clearly wasn't (photo below). I only needed one tire replaced but since they didn't have the brand I currently had I had to order 2 new tires. There was one extra tire that was okay, so I asked the technicians let me have the tire so I can still use it in the future. When I asked for my spare tire, they gave me the one with the screw on it instead of the good one. I had to go back there for the FOURTH time to get my tire back. Instead of recommending the cheapest alternative solution (patching it), they gave me the 2 new tires "solution" which was $650. To top it all off, the alignment wasn't done correctly and my sensors now are broken. Not a good first impression, definitely don't trust them enough to come back here. Sloppy job. Do not recommend it. read more

BEWARE! We came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, Mark was taking care of us. He came out and told us the oil change was fine but somehow the stud broke on the first nut the mechanic tried to remove? We asked him how this could have happened and he placed the blame on us saying the stud could have been cracked. He took the broken piece with him and said we can come back and have it replaced for $170 and a labor fee for that! He still charged us for the oil change and did nothing to help the situation. Trying to charge your customer something for something YOU broke is not good service and I will NEVER RETURN here even if I need a state inspection. I needed a battery for my car asap and was quoted much higher prices for the part and service by the dealership and other businesses. I happened to pass by and just took a chance and called to see if they even had the battery I needed and if they could even do it with only an hour left before they closed. I was greeted with a warm voice that ensured they could do the work and at a more than fair price. I got in and out in less than an hour, and I even received a discount for being a teacher! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I have found my new car care home! The actual business is really nice and well kept. This spot just gained a new customer! Went to get a state inspection and oil change, and was helped immediately with friendly staff. The waiting area was very clean, with plenty of seating and even an area with phone chargers. They had a fridge with plenty of cold water and a Starbucks coffee machine. There was an area for kids to play too which is great for parents with active littles. The staff came and explained everything to me in detail along with pictures of my car to show me exactly what they found. Overall, I only waited about 30 minutes and was back on the road able to carry on with my day quickly! The pricing was also fair and definitely worth the value of service you're getting. Great work by a great team! Needed quick inspection and assessment of some focal issues and they got it right and quickly so! Was able to drop off my car and pick it up later. They use cool texting tools to reach you if you're busy (so I don't have to worry as much about calls missed, etc.). Update: Caliber mgt called and explained the sourcing of their parts. I give them credit for responding to customer issues. This review is from my only visit to Caliber in April, 2022. I went to get a state inspection and repair broken horn on an older model Chevy van. Overall friendliness of staff, the waiting area with free coffee were all very nice. Informed that a $119 diagnostic fee was required and I approved. Was informed that the 2 horn units were out and needed to be replaced. As I needed to have the horns repaired in order to pass the state inspection, I approved the repair. The only reason for my rating is due to the price of parts. The horn parts were consistently $50-$60 for the 2 piece set, high and low note, but was charged $150 and $123 for the 2 pieces. I felt that the diagnostic charge and labor was reasonable (I assume 2 hours for $170?), but could not understand the substantial markup for these parts which were readily available when searched online, yet was told these parts were discontinued from Chevrolet dealers. I was told by a front desk staff that these prices were marked up, but given that I needed this repair to be done, I decided to get it completed. Plus, I have already spent the diagnostic charge, so may as well complete the work. The work was performed well and the horn now works. My only question to the company is whether this high price markup for parts is normal practice, as this would be the only reason that prevents me from being a returning customer. Once I receive a clear explanation from Caliber, I have no issues adjusting my review/rating. read more

I uh. Uhm. Welp. I am throughly impressed. Needed to get my 250 an oil change and get my coolant some Gatorade. Called and asked if I came in how long it would take. Was told about an hour and just get up there. Walked in and was instantly greeted by 4 people. They have a very nice waiting room. WiFi. Water. Coffee. 3 tv's. And the chairs were actually comfortable. My advisor was awesome. Polite. Wanted me in the loop for the oil change. They took photos of the car and recommended service. And what's crazy I told them I wanted to get a fluid swap for my transmission. He came back and told me my fluids were perfect and to not mess with it for another 10k at least. He passed on 250 bucks service and was just overall honest and polite. I couldn't believe it. Most places like they hammer you for everything and pressure you into services you don't need. I just wasn't expecting that at all. Prices were fair. They walked around and asked to get us waiting more water, coffee, snacks. Place is top notch and I thought the 5 stars was fabricated. And it isn't. Not at all. They are really amazing here. I will be bringing my vehicles here from now on. Again. I'm confused and thinking that something was wrong. As a woman, I am sometimes talked down to or even ignored when I bring my car in for service at the dealer. That is not the case at Caliber! I notice that everyone is treated with the utmost respect. On my recent visit, the dealer quoted $3000 and a week to do the work. Caliber completed the same repair the same day I brought in my car and the cost was just $450. I have had various of my cars serviced here over the years. I usually get oil changes and state inspections but once bought 4 new tires. They are honest and very helpful. They will usually point out a few things that could be addressed but they are not pushy upsellers. I've taken them up on some and declined others. Just fine either way. read more

Just went here for the last time today. Three strikes and you're out. Always kind of felt like they were trying to screw me But kept going because it was convenient and they're face-to-face customer service is good. First time I got a oil change and it leaked all over my driveway because they didn't secure the cap. To their credit they did come out and power wash my driveway because my homeowners association was going to charge me for the giant oil stain that it left. Second time I went in for a tire patch which he tried to upsell me some other thing. As soon as I got in my car I noticed that the tire pressure was still at least 10 psi low so they didn't fill my tires. Drove around for about three weeks and kept putting air in the tire until I got time to go back. Went back a third time since my car was due for an inspection and was told that they can't fix the tire plug because now there are two nails and an irreparable tear in my tire. Guess what time to buy new tires. He gave me a quote which seemed pretty reasonable but I told him I was going to go do some research before making a decision. After doing research on comparable tires I noticed that his price was extremely low so I called him back to confirm. Turns out they quoted me for the cheapest tires they sell not the ones that were on my car or as stated on the estimate! He proceeded to give me additional bullshit numbers and couldn't seem to give me a final price with no bells and whistle's. He ended up quoting me for disposing of four tires and buying four new tires but not putting the new ones on! Immediately I called him out by asking him how I was supposed to get home with no tires on my car. Again he's withholding numbers to try to make the quote seem low so that when I get in there they can add more shit to the price. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

The alignment was a little off on my truck and I wanted to take care of it before it became an issue. I had never gone to Caliber before, as I have a regular shop I have used for many years, but they don't do alignment. Caliber is a new shop in my neighborhood and I'm happy to report that I have nothing but good things to say about it. I called first and they quoted me $160, since I have a larger, lifted truck, which is a fair price. I didn't need an appointment, brought it in, and the check-in experience was quick and easy. They offered to shuttle me home, which I didn't need, but is a great perk. My truck was ready approximately 3 hours later, and the alignment was spot on. The folks there were fun, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. read more

Justin(Garage Manager), Mark (Customer Rep), Mark(Mechanic), and the Payment Lady (didn't catch her name) have consistently provided amazing service. Despite Covid19, they have provided a clean and entertaining space where I can feel safe with very professional service. They have sent me email/text and paper copies of what they see on the car and ask what I would like to see done on my vehicle. Before the virus, they'd even drop you off at your house while they work on your vehicle! I have been here several times for oil changes, alignments, inspections, and mechanical issues on my car. They've always seemed neutral and honest while consulting on the charges/damages, and have always done right by me and my family!! After noticing several inspections I'd performed on my family's vehicles and noticing how distraught I was by NTB failing my personal vehicle over "Tint Violation" they gave me a state inspection for free. I didn't ask for a discount (especially cuz they passed me), but I am extremely grateful for it and is something they didn't have to do for their services. They didn't ask me to write a review, but after 5 very pleasant experiences, I cannot emphasize enough how competitive their prices are, how comfortable their facility is, and how many hoops they jump through to make sure I'm satisfied. read more

Need service on your vehicle? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WHY ISN'T THERE A ZERO RATING. Been here twice for simple oil changes. First time they left vacuum hoses disconnected. Figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. This time they cross threaded two Lugnuts and screwed up my spacer in the nuts. Now I get to wait a couple of days for the parts to show up. Looking at the lugs and my rim, it seems as though the rim was drug and "walked" onto the lugs. The threes are flattened out. Made a Facebook post and have close friends that have issues also. Cross threading oil filters. Another had his truck "fall off" the lift during an oil change. It doesn't get any simpler than an oil change. Save yourself some trouble, go somewhere else Final update Service First refunded the full amount of my service and ordered a new set of spacers. One week later I went to have them installed and Unfortunately they arrived in what appeared to be used condition. Since the box had been opened, one would think the parts had been inspected. Those were sent back and an acceptable set recurved - one more week later. At this time I was told the problem with the first replacement set was poor packaging from the manufacturer. This set was installed and working fine. Bottom line - SF has the most courteous staff you will find. Training and quality of work, not so much. Especially for the price read more

I went in for alignment, had an appointment but it didn't matter because they did everyone else's cars before mine anyway. Very annoying, don't care about reserved times. I was there almost 2 hours waiting anyway. When the guy brought car around, supposed to be completed alignment. I drove to end of driveway, heard very loud engine and unusual engine hesitation. Backed up and told desk clerk. I was upset because I go in for alignment and come out with check engine light on and engine troubles. I opened hood with guy, saw at least a very large wide open and disconnected. He said he'd check all that have been pulled off and bring to fix whatever tubs had been disconnected. Waited another 20 minutes, brought it out. Got in it, engine light still on and engine still hesitating. Backed back to front door, again. Same story, guy said bring it in back again, I showed my frustrations with obvious unskilled labor there. Brought out third time, guy was sitting in it revving engine. I got in and drive again to end of driveway, check engine light came back on, they said they had plugged computer in to get fail codes and fixed them. I talked to manager, he was new and listened well but I was too mad to give them anymore chances. I brought to another shop, got list of codes, 8 of them all related to disconnected tubes. I definitely don't recommend caliber repair for obvious! Go in for alignment, come out with intentional engine damage. There is no need to pulled tubes off engine when doing alignment. Stay away from this company if you care about your car or your wasted time!!! read more
