Well, I have mixed feelings for these guys. Several months ago, I got my Ram 1500 leveled here then a few weeks ago, I decided to get it lifted instead so I came back here for a lift. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right. read more

I'm all for safety, but, this location has some safety protocols in place that will not allow them to take tire off vehicle and submerge the tire in the vat to see where the leak is located. I wanted a patch or plug as there is still a lot of life left on these tires. What I got was a salesman telling me they could not take tire off and find leak. But, they can sell me two new tires. I did not appreciate them trying to railroad me into a new purchase. In today's economy a new tire purchase is not always in the budget. #lookpastthemoneyseethecustoner. read more

Best service I have ever had when buying tires. Friendly people, the owner supports the community, and after buying two sets of tires the longest it took was 20 minutes! Update 2/15: just had tires rotated/balanced. They actually used a torque wrench for the lug nuts! Outstanding. Never seen that at any of the big chains and I've gone through a fair number of tires. These guys are awesome. Sometimes they plug a tire from free sometimes they charge. The most I have ever paid is ten bucks and I usually don't have to wait very long. In compairison NTB and discount tires charge $22 and there is always a wait. They also will do price match on tires if you show proof. I love this place and try and go nowhere else. read more

This is the only place I will buy tires (3 sets so far). I am a big car fan, and these guys take great care of my rims, avoiding gouging and damage which is typical of most other tire centers. Their prices are fair, and I am happy to give them all by business. All repairs and rotations are free (and fast!) and they recently did a mount and balance for me FOC when my tire had sidewalk damage. Two thumbs up!! read more

I have numerous vehicles ranging from a motor home needing truck tires to a car needing high performance tires to ATVs and Trailers. These folks have done amazing work and have NEVER tried to sell me something I didn't want. They have suggested better solutions at times, and further research has proven them right in those cases. This place is great and the customer service is fantastic. I started my morning walking out to my truck to find that all four wheels had been stolen. I have restored a 1980 Z28 Camaro and went to Tire and Wheel Connection for my wheels and tires. For the front I selected a 255/40ZR17 N3000. After months of trying to determine why the car shook at 60 MPH I went back to Tire and Wheel Connection in Tomball, TX and they determined one of the front tires are defective. For some reason I cannot get them to replace the tire. I have gone back to the store several times and they keep telling me the issue will be taken care of. After 12 days I don't believe it.
