They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Needless to say I ended up purchasing the tires and they scheduled the appointment to have them put on right then and there. My appointment time arrives a few days later and it took them around two hours to do all five (including the back spare) and I am very impressed with the quality of work. They have a nice seating area with couches, coffee and water while you wait. The two main gentlemen that we spoke with were Colton and Eric. Both were incredibly helpful and super nice. They only had new tires but then when they went to check, they were out of tires so I went to their second shop again they tried to overcharge me so I just left and I came back here to Vaquero tires and I should've just came here to begin with because they are the best they give you the best price they don't lie to you if your tire can't be fixed they don't try to upcharge you. You don't know what you're missing you oughta stop by. I popped into this shop because it was super close and easy to get to--right next to the dry cleaners! As I pulled up, a friendly guy from the shop greeted me. I was there to get my boyfriend's two back tires changed, but when I got there, I discovered that both tires had nails in them. Turns out, the front tires were the ones that needed fixing the most. They patched up the back tires, and I replaced the front ones. It felt like I got four new tires, even though they were used. The tires were really good quality with lots of tread. I was so happy with the service! I definitely recommend this place. They also offer a week warranty on the tires.

The teenager went back-and-forth with me and I ended up needing to use Zelle instead of my credit card to avoid their fees. The worst part is I got home and all four tires needed to be filled to 50 psi, teenagers only filled them to 40 psi. Do better!
