I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

Going on a hunch (I passed on a shop closer bc the vibe wasn't right), it paid off. They've done thousand$ in various suspension work over the past few years and I'm only here bc I asked how I could put in a good review for them as a thanks. They seem pretty female-friendly too from what I've seen in the waiting room. Just be as specific as possible with your issue. They don't seem to advertise much (the pics are mad old) since they've got a whole building/shop next to the tire place now. A good "sleeper" shop as I don't care for the chain (get 'em in, get 'em out) type. Busier in the past few years, so be a little patient and you should (hopefully) be satisfied. If I remember, I'll post a recent pic the next time I'm over that way. Good luck!

We were a bit confused as to who we needed to see to get the tire repaired. The guys outside were busy and the lady inside told us to go outside. So we found a gentleman who was absolutely wonderful. We showed him where the leak was and he went to working. He ended up patching the tire bc there were 2 holes close together. We went inside the office to sit and wait. Other customers were pleasant in the waiting area which is a good sign. The family bathroom has a urinal, toilet and bidet which was neat but weird at the same time. Anywho, it took about 15 minutes and we were back on the road. He made sure all lugs were secured and pressure was right on the other tires as well. Sure beats my daughters experience at NTB by MD Anderson a few weeks ago...

So to better entertain you, I figured I would just rhyme through it to keep it interesting. They are used tires for goodness sake! Tires, tires, tires everywhere. Some with a patch and some with a tear. You look amongst the stacks of tires in their stock, and you may find some like new which gave me a shock. My only goal was to stop there and repair a flat, but I discovered that these guys offered more than just that. Brake pad replacement service for just 40 bucks! I immediately left to buy some pads from O'Reillly for them to put them on, I mean WTF. That saved me some time in this hot Houston weather, and these guys knocked it out, fixed the flat in half the time altogether. You're not going to end up in long conversations at this spot. They do speak English, but knocking out the work is the priority at the D & B Tire Shop. I've never had to wait long to get services started from the crew, and I've visited now 4 times prior to writing this review. I've purchased 2 used tires from them prior to buying 4 that were new, and those four I bought elsewhere and came to them for installation which saved me lots of money too. So if you need brakes or used tires in order to save yourselves some cash, I recommend D & B Tire shop on Cypress North Houston, but GPS it cause it's easy to pass. Save Money & Prosper.

Well while waiting for an appointment I did a little searching on Yelp and stumbled upon this place. I figured what could it hurt and decided to go there to go and check it out.....I AM SO GLAD I CAME HERE. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful and I paid a fraction of what I would've paid elsewhere. The tire he had for me actually was the same brand as my other ones, and since my vehicle is forward drive and this tire was rear it worked out perfectly. I could not have been happier, and he had me in and out with a new tire in less than 20 minutes. Obviously it's new and used tires and you get what you pay for, but honestly if you are in a jam and need that tire then Mateos is your spot. Especially if you are riding around on a donut because of prices for a new tire then come here and save some money and drive safe! I'm am honestly blown away that he even had the same brand tire. If ever I need a new tire again I will be back!

As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. Thanks to Mateo, I was very pleased with his service and speedy work. I definitely recommend giving him a chance, very affordable too. He accepts cash and card.

You don't know what you're missing you oughta stop by. I popped into this shop because it was super close and easy to get to--right next to the dry cleaners! As I pulled up, a friendly guy from the shop greeted me. I was there to get my boyfriend's two back tires changed, but when I got there, I discovered that both tires had nails in them. Turns out, the front tires were the ones that needed fixing the most. They patched up the back tires, and I replaced the front ones. It felt like I got four new tires, even though they were used.
