The employee never asked for my vehicle information or what the issue was. Instead, he said I'd have to drop off my vehicle. I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.

They handled an exhaust install, downpipe install, and front lip install, along with servicing the car -- and every single job was done clean, precise, and exactly how it should be. The exhaust and downpipe fitment was perfect: no rattles, no leaks, no weird vibrations. The car sounds incredible now, and you can tell they actually care about doing performance work the right way, not just rushing cars in and out. The lip install was also spot-on -- straight, secure, and properly aligned. No uneven gaps, no shortcuts, no "good enough" mentality. Attention to detail really stood out here. On top of that, the service work was thorough and transparent. They explained what was needed, what wasn't, and didn't try to upsell or push unnecessary work. Communication was solid from start to finish, timelines were accurate, and the shop itself was clean and well-organized -- always a good sign. If you're looking for a shop that knows performance cars, respects your build, and treats your car like their own, this is the place. I'll definitely be coming back for future mods and maintenance.
