Got me checked in, confirmed what service I wanted, then gave me an ETA of how long it'd take (~45 mins). There were 3 other customers in the store but the parking lot was full! I was a little reluctant that the estimated time was accurate, but it was on point! The waiting area was roomy and had a TV and fridge with complementary water! It was clean and didn't smell of a mechanic shop (which doesn't usually bother me, but just sharing in case it does bother someone else...). Car got service, I checked out and was on my way. I upgraded for the lifetime alignment and they gave me a $20 discount so I feel like I walked away with a steal of a deal--taxes and all included I paid about $192 (for lifetime alignment!)! I'd totally recommend this place if you're looking for an alignment. You can schedule an appointment online and minimize your wait, but they get through servicing the cars pretty quickly! Both guys who help me were really nice and personable and didn't push extra services on me (which I appreciate cause I'm not about that extra life...I've got my brother for that...lol).

I had a much more professional and pleasant customer service experience 11-9-2025 with Rep C J or D J. I was sent there by the Highway 529 grumpy guy after waiting an hour there just to hear "We don't have a tire in stock." That was my first question upon arrival. Nevertheless Highway 6 location did a SUPERB JOB, saw me almost immediately, emailed and called me with updates, cost and pickup time. C J or D J and the technicians were knowledgeable, respectful, fast, and happy to assist. Thank you Firestone Highway 6 Copperfield crew

Although I did have great service and kind team members, it took longer than expected! I think I was second in line but because I was behind a car that was getting multiple services, I was waiting a while. They did have two garages in which I thought I would be asked to move to the garage that was empty, but another car pulled up and they started servicing that car instead of me. Therefore I was still stuck waiting. I am usually patient but from my work, it took me 8 mins and if I'm waiting 30 and take 8 to get back and all have to consider time to the the job, that bothered me a little. This is nothing I feel would make me not recommend this place. Things happen. I'm very understanding and the team corrected the action pretty quickly. They offered a great coupon online and stacked coupons because I'm a ride share driver. This was very kind and considerate and I appreciated the effort. Of course I will come back. No harm was done and once I did finally get into the garage, my service was swift and quick. Thank you team for helping me out. Fingers crossed it was just a one time fluke!

I was hoping it was just a dying battery, since I have jumper cables, and that I could get this errand completed even if I had to beg a jump-start from some stranger. Alas, it was not the battery, but the alternator, which had failed -- meaning no more juice was going into the battery, and my car therefore went completely dead about 10 minutes from my destination. But I coasted to a stop -- with the engine dead, no power steering, no dashboard lights at all -- into the parking lot of Deerfield Auto Repair & Kwik Kar. Owner Joe Fallin and his capable staff promptly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair estimate. They replaced my alternator and battery both (never keep an old battery with a new alternator!) within the estimated time, about three hours, and hosted me in the meantime in a clean and well-appointed waiting room (easy to maintain pandemic-driven social distancing). Friendly, competent, honest, diligent -- fate delivered me into good hands, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

They could have made another $200 on the job, but instead chose to lose thousands of dollars in future business from a longtime customer. Their work has always been decent, but there are plenty of mechanics who do equally good work for comparable prices. Customer relationships matter, and throwing away years of future business over something this small simply isn't good business. I would do one star but we've done this in the past that went well so I'll add an extra star

It makes a big difference when the person helping you out actually cares to help. This is why I wanted to write this review. I would love to highlight Brian, I love this guy! Ever since the installation, I've been dealing with constant air leaks. Every couple of days, one of the tires loses pressure and needs to be refilled. What's even more frustrating is that it's not always the same tire--different tires keep losing air, making it difficult to trust the installation. This has been a huge inconvenience and a waste of time, requiring repeated trips to add air and monitor the tire pressure. I expected better quality workmanship, especially after replacing all four tires.
