They confirmed via text. They also had availability as soon as the next day but I wanted to inquire about pricing. They were very reasonable. Arrived today about 5 min before my scheduled appointment and they asked if I needed a ride. Other reviews mentioned they've gotten them Ubers or a ride back home. However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Picking up my car and paying was an easy process. Again, everyone there was friendly. Will definitely be using Lucas Auto Care from now on.

The guys at Now Auto figured it out without me even bringing it up and fixed it within minutes. I was worried about the cost of these additions... but they were on the house. Typically as women we're used to going into a car place on our own and getting taken advantage of monetarily, but if anything they did the opposite and made sure I was really taken care of. Megan said, "They gave us some outrageous quote one time because they found out I had a warranty and the warranty company thought they were shady and had me go to a ford dealership. They also quoted a neighbor 6 grand for something that wasn't needed!" Graham said, "They are lying crooks. Don't go there." Fred said, "I use this repair shop until I uncounted the same method. They only provided a number for the repair without even looking at the car. Also taking the car in, for example, for an oil change they told me I had a problem with the grease caps for steering that would cost 4K plus." Scott said, "I went there once as I was leaving out of town the next day, my wife's car needed an alternator and I couldn't leave her without a vehicle. They installed it in about 2 hours and the labor costs was $800 for 2 hours labor. Never going there again." My next stop...BBB. Imagine the seniors getting raked.

I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at. I brought my car here for other things before and it's been the same ammo there's no sense of urgency something simple takes longer than it needs to they always insist on signing you up for text messaging even though you tell them repeatedly I do not want to be text messaged. Went back and Vonn helped me put my new light bulb in my truck. Very much above and beyond the call of duty.
