They confirmed via text. They also had availability as soon as the next day but I wanted to inquire about pricing. They were very reasonable. Arrived today about 5 min before my scheduled appointment and they asked if I needed a ride. Other reviews mentioned they've gotten them Ubers or a ride back home. However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Picking up my car and paying was an easy process. Again, everyone there was friendly. Will definitely be using Lucas Auto Care from now on.

They hadn't reattached the engine covers under the hood. This whole process took about three hours with an appointment. Car had a new problem after they messed with it. Never again.

Two days ago, I was there to have State inspection and had told me the engineer oil was leaking which both valves cover gasket needed to be replaced. It will be very danger to catch fire if I didn't fix it by the way ---- which I did. When I got my car back, the passage side window was rolled down about 5 inches, but I couldn't roll it up. It was about closing time, so I was told to came back the next day (yesterday). I was there yesterday around 3 pm but they didn't do anything and was told there was not their problem. I talked to the manager and told him that I was their customer for a few years and never was told there was problem with the window and I don't think I rolled up and down on the passenger side window for the past few years and I don't know if the shop did it or not in the past. All I want is the window roll up just like when I took my car to the shop. The manager asked me to leave my car there and they will take a look tomorrow (today) and they will call me back. I called them today around 3 pm and was told they are waiting for the parts and will call me back later. The shop called me around 4 pm and told me that the parts won't be there until tomorrow and it will cost me around $1k. I told them that I don't won't to pay it since I hardly roll up and down on the passenger side window. All I want is the window to be rolled up again just like the way it came to the shop three day ago. They said they will call me back and I am still waiting for their call.

Never mind the first issues still are present. I have worked with the same repair guy in the past, Nguyen, and he seems to know his business well. When they finally contacted me, they provided a $1,403 estimate claiming internal transmission issues such as "shift bushings needing replacement," along with clutch and slave cylinder labor. Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.

I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at. I brought my car here for other things before and it's been the same ammo there's no sense of urgency something simple takes longer than it needs to they always insist on signing you up for text messaging even though you tell them repeatedly I do not want to be text messaged. Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I will not be back.

Went back and Vonn helped me put my new light bulb in my truck. Very much above and beyond the call of duty. Just makes you feel good when people are actually there to help and don't expect anything from it. There still are good people in this world and Vonn is one of them.
