And since they use pumps to put the oil it wasn't just a little spill either it was a big splash. They weren't even transparent about it, almost like they wanted to hide it. We asked the other worker to confirm what happened and he said she wiped it up. Come home and look under the hood and it's a hot mess. You don't spill oil all over the engine and just assume wiping it up is gonna be safe. My husband had to buy degreaser and take it to another shop to have them inspect that it was safe to drive. The guy who initiated the process didn't even ask to confirm my name or info. He just assumed my car was under whatever previous owner had already had an account with them. A simple question to confirm name would have made the paying process much more easier later. The only person here that helped the most was Joe, who did my inspection and changed the previous owner's account information to mine. I am livid about this experience, and we will never go back. Please be observant of what they are doing with your vehicles. Spilling oil all over your engine and in crevices you can't see is not okay.

Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process. One of the technicians even handled my car in a way that I would never handle my car, so I definitely did not like that. At the end I was just so happy to get out of there. The feeling of being hustled was a pretty bad feeling. I won't return. My car and I do not deserve such service. Ended up pulling over to an autozone because they said my coolant was completely depleted (it wasn't) and I needed a coolant job but since I had gotten an oil change "we could do it cheaper". No liquids checked no worry about tire pressure, and now I gotta worry the proper filter and oil were used and hope it was and my engine don't have issues moving forward.

I was driving on the freeway when my breaks went out, and Jeremy (the owner) was driving by me at the time, came up to my vehicle, and helped me drive it to his shop. I didn't have any money or anyone to help me out, but Jeremy decided to help me that day. he fixed the breaks and they even drove me home and picked me up when it was ready. This place went above and beyond for someone who didn't have money, Trust me when I say that they will take care of you and give you the right prices. They are thorough with their inspections, and keep you updated via text then send you a detailed inspection report with pictures and helpful descriptions. My service advisor, Jesus, is professional and got my questions answered and addressed. I came in during lunch time, so I'm assuming it was pretty busy because there were 4-5 people in front of me. However, they finished in a little over an hour, which I think is efficient for how busy they were. I would highly recommend CBA Fairfield, and be sure to check their website for coupons!
