First time here. The workers were nice but pretty careless. My biggest issue was the girl who was…read moreputting in my oil spilt all over my engine. And since they use pumps to put the oil it wasn't just a little spill either it was a big splash. They weren't even transparent about it, almost like they wanted to hide it. We asked the other worker to confirm what happened and he said she wiped it up. Come home and look under the hood and it's a hot mess. You don't spill oil all over the engine and just assume wiping it up is gonna be safe. My husband had to buy degreaser and take it to another shop to have them inspect that it was safe to drive. The guy who initiated the process didn't even ask to confirm my name or info. He just assumed my car was under whatever previous owner had already had an account with them. A simple question to confirm name would have made the paying process much more easier later. The only person here that helped the most was Joe, who did my inspection and changed the previous owner's account information to mine. I am livid about this experience, and we will never go back. Please be observant of what they are doing with your vehicles. Spilling oil all over your engine and in crevices you can't see is not okay.

I've gone to other places but they supposedly check but they never tell me to turn my lights on, if I want them to check air pressure, or check A/C items. The worker Johan was very helpful and friendly during the process. The prices are a tad bit lower than other oil place changes and they have coupons on their website to use. Great place !

I am so upset on this MEMORIAL DAY weekend. I sent my 16 y/o to this location for an oil change on…read morehis Toyota Corolla. We are a VETERAN family and I have been told several times that it's noted in our account. My 16 y/o was recommended the most expensive option and told he needed several additions to his service. He was quoted well over $100 for a Corolla. I called and spoke to someone and asked for the least expensive oil change and thats it. I was told that he would need his veterans ID. I told the gentleman that all of us meaning, three other cars bring our cars there and if I did not have the ID it's always been noted in the account. He said that was not sufficient and did not offer or mention the additional coupons that I found online after my son left. Fine, I understand that anyone can come in and say they are a veteran. But as I stated, I have been told several times that it's been noted in the account. Most reputable businesses will offer the coupon that they have and this also was not offered. This location just lost four cars. I am aware that in the grand scheme of things for cars means nothing to this business. But I will be informing all of the veteran communities as well as the other community organizations in the Cypress area. Happy Memorial Day.

Sign me up!" I pull in and they guide me into the spot where my service will begin and I instantly felt like they were trying to hustle me instead of help me. I was okay with the upselling, IF they took care of my original need before stacking on things to get what they wanted out of me. I felt unsure and uneasy through the entire process. One of the technicians even handled my car in a way that I would never handle my car, so I definitely did not like that. At the end I was just so happy to get out of there. The feeling of being hustled was a pretty bad feeling. I won't return. My car and I do not deserve such service. I'm a firm believer that if you just take care of the customers basic concern/main needs, you will earn trust and be able to open them up to the upselling presented to them, AFTER. To top it all off, after I left the shop, I went to the store. When I got back in the car and started my car up, the check light came back on, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!

Ended up pulling over to an autozone because they said my coolant was completely depleted (it wasn't) and I needed a coolant job but since I had gotten an oil change "we could do it cheaper". Things that made me happy because as we all know, just don't happen at all good change service locations -literally every employee there seemed to be in a good mood but not in a goofing off way- they all were still doing their jobs and being professional. - Dre and Jaylan were both professional and courteous to me -After checking my cabin filter, Dre opened and closed my glove compartment and I could tell he was ensuring he put it back correctly and then made eye contact with me afterwards to ensure I agreed it was correct - just the effort and thought to make sure it REALLY was done correctly I appreciated - I ACTUALLY GOT MY OIL CHANGE STICKER RIGHT AWAY. I have been to SO MANY Take 5s or valvolines or literally anywhere that forget to give me the little sticker for my windshield and we all know how convenient they are when your vehicle doesn't tell you when to get an oil change. I was shown my air filters and shown the new ones before they were put in and the new oil on the dipstick. I know these are basics and I think required of the company- but last time I went to a take 5 in Houston I was scared they didn't even do anything to my car because none of those things happened .
