While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. It was the most pleasant experience you can have given the unpleasant circumstances which bring us there. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, CMS!

I have installed PPF on over 15 cars from corvette, Mercedes, McLaren and now my new ZR1 c8. I never used Gulf Coast Auto Shield before but was recommended from friend that did his GT3 with them. John the owner is great and door always open to all his customers and welcomes going to see the process while working on our cars. (trust me i was probably there every day) I did full PPF and it is the best job i have ever seen or done on any of my cars. My PPF installer was Sergio and it was perfection i had to try to find the ppf on the panels and it looks like he did not install PPF... IT IS THAT GOOD!!!!! ABSOLUTLY THE BEST and it installed like it liquid on the paint. Since it was only about week after I got my car, I had to get my dent fixed for me to sleep at night as it would catch my eyes every time I walked to my car. I spent a few days looking for the best to place to take my car and I came across reviews of American Dent Specialists. Everything from reviews sounded like this would be the place that I want to take my car to so I decided to stop by on my way to work. Andy, the owner, came to me when I walked in and from the moment the experience was great. Everyone was on top of their duties and their attitudes were very welcoming and Andy spent a few minutes evaluating the dent and spent additional time with me explaining what has happened and what will need to be done to get it repaired. I received a very reasonable quote based on the amount of work needed and scheduled to come back. I dropped off the car this morning about 15 mins before the appointment time (I've been always taught to be early). Although it was before the office was open and working, they took my car and started working on it right away. Vehicle was finished within the estimated time and before they completed the work, they asked me to come and make sure that I was completely satisfied as they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Everything looked perfect when I got to check it and that was it! From the start to finish, everything was smooth and according to what was discussed. Lafayette (not sure if this is the correct spelling) was the man (THE man) that got my dent fixed and I can honestly say he is the best at what he does. What really made me a fan of their business was what happened at the end. At this point, I already paid for my repair and was sitting in my drivers seat. I noticed that Lafayette was knocking on my window.
