He was excellent informative and very friendly and they took real good care of me. is the last person that collected my payment for my warranty and he said it was just to make sure that I always have the new tire because with the warranty it was always best for me to have it and it covers the new tire so tire is a great place in Tomball to come and see about your They are friendly. Great experience. I had three tires not holding air and needed a tire rotation. They do free rotations and flat repair. They discovered one of my tires had 2 nails in it right next to each other and couldn't be plugged. They went over options for new tires but I explained I just need something cost effective at the moment after booking a vacation. They had 2 of the same tires used with less wear and were only $60. They rotated all tires plugged one that the original plug failed and out the two replacement used tires on all in 30 minutes. Well, you don't get to see the owner, Billy Link,like we use to because he is building and trying to open his 3rd and 4th store. No problem, he has a manager by the name of Austin who is most capable of handling the needs you have. We called and Austin returned the call, very courteous and explained what would be needed on another vehicle we had. He made the comparison over the phone and told us the true "drive out" price including everything we discussed. Vehicle went in and the car looked great coming out thanks to Austin. I've been doing business here for a little while and their customer service never seizes to amaze me! We bought my wife a 2021 mustang a few months ago, it was time to get the tires rotated so naturally we came to Tire Link. We purchased our warranty for the tires only to find out we had a tire that had internal side wall damage. Of course these are special order tires and it's a Saturday so we'd have to wait until Monday and we don't have a spare. Ugh.. right? After a trip to a hair salon the gauge on my dashboard indicated the air pressure in a back tire at 23 lbs. I knew I could not drive the 45 miles to my home me so stopped at the first shop for tires that I passed. I pulled up and immediately was helped. The attendant saw a piece of metal in my tire and said they could fix it. I took a seat and the guys in the service bay went right to work. They repaired the tire and filled it with air and brought my key to me, parking my car near the front door. I had a great experience at Tirelink in Tomball. Chris - the manager was very nice and answered all my questions. All the guys there were very nice and helpful. They had 4 new tires put on my truck within 30 minutes and the store was very clean. Another lady was in there and told them she actually found her tires she was getting put on somewhere else (big chain store) for slightly less but had heard such good reviews on these guys that she came here anyway. I have been fighting a slow leak on my right front tire for 2 months, since I bought my truck. I took it to 3 or 4 places and they all jisr "fixed" something. I took it to these guus and they found the wheel was CRACKED and the other side was cracked as well but not leaking. It was 5 AM and I got a flat tire on the freeway. My very first flat tire... I was terrified! I got off the freeway and called an Uber so I can get to work. I then called Justin at TireLink at 6:45 in the morning. He answered and said he would take care of it. They drove to the parking lot changed out my tire with a spare and drove it back to their shop and got me back on the road! What a relief! What a great team! The managers are involved and the workers must be getting paid $50/hr because everyone looks like they love what they're doing here. Incredible service and management. Found this place because discount tire and tire and wheel connection in Tomball didn't have the tires I needed for my car. They had them and had them at a lower price.
