If I could give 10 stars, I would this is the absolute best tire shop around. I drive over 30 minutes to get the work done at the shop. Derek and his team are amazing. You can trust the work that is getting done. Derek is fully experienced in giving you the best advice and you do not feel pressured to buy an upgraded tire that you may or may not need. I also appreciate that Derek is very knowledgeable about vehicles so when something other than a tire is required, he is more than happy to share feedback and provide a recommendation on a location to get it fixed. ordered 6 tires for F350 - they had delivered ASAP to their shop- Toyo's- told them i wanted bolt in valve stems due to ranch work or travel - went to have tires put on & they only had 7 left odd ball type bolt in with an O-Ring which does not seat well on radius of rim they were swamped as i got there and finished up fast but on one really checked if the odd ball valves were seated correct this morning 2 flats in front to rim and 3 in back very low -had hard time to fill as the bolt in valves were not set in the correct direction- they put thru opening in rim - one was slow enough leak i could hear it as it was lose -filled up and last one put in extra & drove to The Link the guys at Link jumped on it right away- didnt cry like little girls just got to it ASAP - they apologized like men not babies - returned my cost extra for valves and giving discount on spare rim i requested as it cost me $14 worth of fuel to go back round trip Justin, Brad, William with name tag upside down and the retired Race Car driver with the Maxima are great guys bought at least $6000 worth of tires in last 4 years at The Link and will always go back Great team and people frack up at times but when there is a problem they solve it fast & with grace-style no bad either You wont be disappointed with the Tomball crew read more

Recommended by a friend who runs an automotive shop. Their service has been quicker for me than Discount Tire. I've been to both the Magnolia & Tomball locations. They've brought other shop's mistakes to my attention. The dealership mounted one of my tires with the direction of rotation backwards & had torn up the bead. The guy at Tire Link spotted it as soon as he walked up in the parking lot. I brought tires to them to be mounted & the Magnolia store said that if I ordered through them, they would order whatever brand I wanted & match the price. I had a flat on one of the tires I had bought online from another shop, but they repaired it at no charge. They have done me right & earned my business! Next time I will just buy my tires through Tire Link. Both stores I go to are close to the other local tire shops, so if you're in Tomball or Magnolia I would recommend giving them a try. read more

I moved to the Tomball area a few years ago and had been to Tirelink several times for wheels, tires, and rotations and a repair (thanks to all of the new home construction...nails). I have purchased a set of wheels for my truck and a couple of sets of tires in the past. I went in today and Jay helped me. He had helped me in the past so he remembered me, and even recalled things we had discussed about family previously. Well, you don't get to see the owner, Billy Link,like we use to because he is building and trying to open his 3rd and 4th store. No problem, he has a manager by the name of Austin who is most capable of handling the needs you have. We called and Austin returned the call, very courteous and explained what would be needed on another vehicle we had. He made the comparison over the phone and told us the true "drive out" price including everything we discussed. Vehicle went in and the car looked great coming out thanks to Austin. Tirelink was a lifesaver for my family! We are new to the Tomball and still learning the area. I picked up a screw in my Jeep's tire which started a small leak on my way to drop my kid off at camp. I saw that Tirelink was the closest shop to where I was and saw that it had excellent reviews. It was before 8AM so I thought I was going to have to wait till they opened. But, as soon as I pulled up to the location I was greeted by a team member and my Jeep was immediately taken to the shop bay to get looked at. I currently live in spring and Chris was helping the North Freeway location when I called in one day. I had many questions on replacing tires for my leased car that I am returning soon. He helped me numerous days after even though he was from the Tomball location and insisted that he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of! I am so impressed with the level of customer service from Tirelink but now I know it's consistent with even another location in Tomball! I had a great experience at Tirelink in Tomball. Chris - the manager was very nice and answered all my questions. All the guys there were very nice and helpful. They had 4 new tires put on my truck within 30 minutes and the store was very clean. Another lady was in there and told them she actually found her tires she was getting put on somewhere else (big chain store) for slightly less but had heard such good reviews on these guys that she came here anyway.
