The car drifted and didn't track straight down the roadway. I was referred to Pop's Alignment Shop to perform a four-wheel alignment on my 2011 Corvette GS. After speaking to Pop's, I learned he and his staff were quite knowledgeable about alignments and various other vehicular issues. After completing my custom alignment, a street performance type. The Corvette GS with the factory spec'd alignment is known to wear the inside treads of the front tires. This is because the factory specs are for track use; regular road use will wear the inside tire treads out within 10k miles. Pop's and his people were well aware of this issue and dialed in the perfect alignment spec for a balance of performance and good tire wear. I'll continue to use Pop's Alignment shop in the future.

After explaining I was told with a nasty attitude, no and to go outside and use the bathroom. I've NEVER been treated like this and never been told to go outside and urinate like I was an animal. I was humiliated and embarrassed to say the least. This establishment is very distasteful and insensitive. 0 stars if it were possible. I then went back to Global Shading Texas and explained what I was told and how I was treated by Tire and Wheel Pro. When I asked the guy at GST if they were in the same septic I was told they are not on the same Septic system.

They ended up charging me well over 3700.00 for what the company that i bought the gauges from was a 6 hr job for a qualified car electrician. took three weeks. On top of that, a wire leading from my ac compressor was cut. i have a picture showing a bit of the same color wire on the press connector. The AC was working before and when I picked it up it was not. i removed the face and saw the connection where the wire had been cut. i just thought i would bring it back so they could fix it and charge another 2000.00 for a new ac system. The frontman is JP. watch out for him. Smooth as silk. but that's hi job to sucker people in, you feel if you don't pay you won't get your truck back. so the bottom line its a kind of deception practice with them also cutting the wire on the ac unit, of course, i have no proof other than i know the ac was blowing before then all of the sudden, coming out of their place its not working. makes you wonder. they said i needed a new sending unit 680.00 from Holly, they never measured the opening, and Holly does not make a unit for the dodge ram. so when it came in , it did not fit, next thing i know they wanted another 375.00 for looking for another without first letting me know. they changed all the pricing at the end. different from what was on my emails. Costing me even more. Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude.
