They found that a bar running along one of the axles had come out of place. Without hesitation, they took it apart, fixed the issue, and had everything back together in about 15 minutes. Since the car was already a TOTAL LOSS . There own mechanic hit my car and totalled it . The car was driveable but they insisted of leaving the car there . 12 days later the bill came up to $1700 just to sit there we try to pay only the storage fee bill but did not want to accept it .because they were after 1700 for the insurance money . They delayed the bill in order to acude more storage fees and never answered the phone when trying to get this resolved within 3 days .
