The team was fast, professional, and very easy to work with. While I was waiting, I remembered a strange noise my car had been making and asked them to take a quick look. They found that a bar running along one of the axles had come out of place. Without hesitation, they took it apart, fixed the issue, and had everything back together in about 15 minutes. The best part? When I went to pay, I realized they hadn't even charged me for the repair. I would've gladly paid for the work, but their honesty and kindness were such a pleasant surprise. They went out of their way to work with me on scheduling the repair even to the extent of providing transportation to and from the shop. I took my car a second time because of the auto stop/start control. I didn't know my older car was equipped with that and wish it weren't. But Chris ( I believe that was his name) explained it thoroughly and told me of a way to turn that function off. The staff is very friendly, efficient and customer oriented. I have no complaints about the repairs. I'll be taking my vehicle there again.

This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. This people are so money hungry Don't trust them they say…read moreone thing and do another they charged 1700 for nothing storage fees and unnecessary things that were not done to the car . Since the car was already a TOTAL LOSS . There own mechanic hit my car and totalled it . The car was driveable but they insisted of leaving the car there . 12 days later the bill came up to $1700 just to sit there we try to pay only the storage fee bill but did not want to accept it .because they were after 1700 for the insurance money . They delayed the bill in order to acude more storage fees and never answered the phone when trying to get this resolved within 3 days . I never met some people that were so money hungry they saw the opportunity and took it to make an easy buck .
