Autozone denied me service because one of their techs messed up and was sued, now upper management refuses services for certain vehicles. I found that advice to be bogus because in the past I've gone to other AutoZones (in Clear Lake) they were able to run codes on any warning lights without any hesitation. This employee here suggested that I go to Sun Auto to get them to do a diagnostic test. I asked him for the address. He said it's on 1488. I said I just moved to the area need to know how far down on 1488 we talkin' (is it in Egypt, Magnolia, Woodland, or Conroe). He repeated what he said before without any further assistance to his suggestion. I asked him are they any good. He couldn't specify.
