I had my 2018 Ford F150 XLT RWD lifted at this location. They are a distributor/installer of BDS lift kit as shown on the BDS Suspension website. I bought my 4" BDS basic lift kit online including my new wheels and tires so I can loan and pay for it for 1yr without interest. Glenn is very knowledgeable with what they do and a very nice person. I just have them installed my lift kit and have wheel alignment. They seems like very good with installing lift kits and I just came back after 500 miles to re-torque. Went to Cutten Customs recently as they were recommended by another provider that I trust (Johnson GT 4 - see review). I was looking for a suspension solution for my new truck - I carry a good bit of weight and the rear springs needed a bit of a pep talk. So... after the recommendation, I drove up to Cutten Customs and talked to Glenn. Just a glance at the vehicles in the front lot will tell you that they have a clientele that are serious about the quality and functionality of their trucks. I already had a solution in mind, but after a few minutes with Glenn, he suggested a solution that was cheaper and more durable over the long run. He was clear about my options and why he recommended that particular solution for me. Their install was top notch, at the agreed price and faster than their original estimated time. My truck now rides better than it ever did, even without the weight in it. It is exactly the ride I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. During my discussions with them, I found they do lights and other accessory add-ons. I went to Cutten custom and got a lift and wheels and tires put on my jeep and everything was perfect and I went back to get everything checked up on as stated by Troy , he wasn't in so Glen checked and everything and stated I needed a new thicker sway bar and he said he was going to find me one or he was going to have Troy find me one ... long story short , Glen never called me back I called him 2 times and he started he was eating lunch and he would call me back well no call , so I called him back the next day and he said he had found one that was a little pricey , so we agreed to go ahead and order it and I would come the next day and have it installed, well this is when things turned, he told me to be their at 10am I, I was there at 9:50, he ask me was I going to wait on it I said yes, he was so unprofessional in tell me he had other people he had to do things for first , if he would have told me in a nice manner I wouldn't have minded, but he was very nasty and unprofessional, but just to be clear he's the one that told me to be there at 10am...and I was so excited about this shop.. but not so much, I will not do business with Cutten custom and anyone I know I will tell them my story,I found a very good shop that I'm happy with and know how to treat people who is giving them they business ,regardless of what kind of day you are having.I'm a business owner as well and I would never do what he did ..Troy was amazing, Glen not so much read more

I took my 1986 Monte Carlo SS to Cutten Customs. I heard a lot of good things about them. I had 24" wheels on my Monte Carlo and it caused a lot of rubbing problems. They had to do a little cutting to my frame, install new tie rods, bushings, shocks, etc. They really did the damn thing, now my car is riding smooth as a Cadillac.
