So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! He spent a significant amount of time helping me identify potential cars based on my needs and shared his expertise on SUVs, which is what I was looking for. I hired Chandler for pre-purchase car search and inspection. He agreed to accompany me to dealerships to find and buy a car. He was amazing! Turns out the converters were fine, sensor turned off on its own. The sensor light was the result of bad gasoline, once that cleared out the light went off. We researched failures of catalytic converters and the failure rate on modern cars. This is a rare event according to the major manufacturer of converters. We were really disappointed in this very expensive recommendation, as this business had great reviews.
