Asked what warranty there was for the just done completed since I was concerned with my experience of total failure after only 6000 miles. Service manager replied none and repeated this a number of times. Zip, nada, not 100 miles, 5 miles, 30 days, one day or even to the end of the driveway onto Hwy 105. Their warranty on just completed work was apparently Good Luck, a hope and a prayer. An indication of the faith they have in their technicians? I wasn't looking for a long warranty just protection that before 30 days the transmission would not go out again after their repair. Be warned, look elsewhere when a repair shop won't warranty just done work.

I declined a lot of repairs that I did not ask for. I did approve repairs and diagnosis totaling $1104. It was advised that I get an engine replacement for $16K, which I assume was causing the engine rattle. Regardless, all the warning lights are still on and I'll need to take it somewhere to find out the cause and the fix. ... And the truck has a recall that was never mentioned as a potential cause of the engine noise.

The young lady up front I believe her name is "Cheyenne" is always very polite and informative and I have also dealt with a young mechanic "Dillon" several times, always polite and very knowledgeable. So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! That's hard to find these days unfortunately...a fair, honest and client first type of business. Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again. And it still wouldn't be done properly. Nick, I think you know who I am and if you want to give me a call please do.
