Asked what warranty there was for the just done completed since I was concerned with my experience of total failure after only 6000 miles. Service manager replied none and repeated this a number of times. Zip, nada, not 100 miles, 5 miles, 30 days, one day or even to the end of the driveway onto Hwy 105. Their warranty on just completed work was apparently Good Luck, a hope and a prayer. An indication of the faith they have in their technicians? I wasn't looking for a long warranty just protection that before 30 days the transmission would not go out again after their repair. Be warned, look elsewhere when a repair shop won't warranty just done work.

Initially quoted…read moreat $800 after some back in forth they finally dropped it to $200 with me covering the cost of the part, which was $230. The redeeming factor of this is that Josh was very nice, even if they did try to overcharge me initially. They did the service as stated and everything works perfectly. Just don't let them quote you blind, give it some research before blindly accepting estimates

Rated 1 for being responsive…read more I stated the reason for visit was- a) reduce acceleration - drive with care warning light on b) Service ESC warning light on c) rattle and clicking noise from engine There was never any mention during the full inspection identifying the cause of either warning light and/or how it could be resolved. I declined a lot of repairs that I did not ask for. I did approve repairs and diagnosis totaling $1104. It was advised that I get an engine replacement for $16K, which I assume was causing the engine rattle. Regardless, all the warning lights are still on and I'll need to take it somewhere to find out the cause and the fix. ... And the truck has a recall that was never mentioned as a potential cause of the engine noise.

I noticed their card today in my wallet and thought let me do this before I forget again, because they definitely deserve one. I have brought my truck here several times in the last few yrs and they have always treated me fair and with great service. The young lady up front I believe her name is "Cheyenne" is always very polite and informative and I have also dealt with a young mechanic "Dillon" several times, always polite and very knowledgeable. So to get to the point, there was nothing wrong with our vehicle after Dillon looked at it, they let me know what I could do at the house to address the issue and I left with a smile. The point here is they could have charged me to look at my vehicle and then for service and or parts, that we didn't need and so on. But they didn't! That's hard to find these days unfortunately...a fair, honest and client first type of business. So I highly recommend their service, knowledge and skills, but most of all their honesty! 5 stars ***** Airborne ATW!

After many years of my car sitting on Nick's lot. The restorations weren't done properly. This…read moreseems like a way for nick to claim restorations when it was a half hearted effort to do them right. Being charged over $30,000.00 and not having anything that was supposed to be done working properly. I took the car to another garage and had him look at the car without telling him what was supposed to be done. When he looked at it he went through several items that nick claimed were done right and he verified that they weren't done right. The second garage was totally independent in that he wasn't doing this to work on the car but a favor to me. I will now take the car to another garage that the second mechanic recommended and see how much more it is going to cost me. Long and short of it I have or had a (warranty) on the work and if I wanted to let nick continue to get the work done right, judging how long it takes when I did take the car back to him I might never drive the car again. And it still wouldn't be done properly. Nick, I think you know who I am and if you want to give me a call please do. Because this report doesn't come close to letting you know what a crappy job your garage did.
