I had my truck towed here after my brake caliper seized up on the road. I instructed the tow truck driver where to take it and they did the rest. They called me to let me know my vehicle had arrived, verified it was a seized caliper, and asked me which parts out of the options I had, to replace the broken ones. This is two reviews in one so really it should be 10 stars! This place and it's staff rock! Rene who coordinates everything and works the front desk is so helpful and nice. I took my wife's Yukon Denali in to have struts replaced and brakes done. Rene helped me get this covered under my warranty despite push back from my warranty company. Brake job was very fairly priced. My wife's Denali rides like a dream again. Most recently I took my Tundra in for some electrical work. I was sold a battery and assumed I got the same battery I gave for credit, but I was sold the wrong battery. Long story short I shorted out my electrical (positive to negative reverse polarity). I was expecting the worst. I had my truck towed to TCA and they had me turned around in about a day and a half and again the total bill was much, much lower than I had anticipated. The service team and mechanics are honest, polite, everything is clean (no grease in your car upon return like I have experienced at some places). I just can't say enough. I brought my Bentley in for service. Was told it needed a new $500.00 battery which they installed, another shop told me a $147.00 interstate battery was installed, not a Bentley battery. They also told me both front air shocks needed replacing for $4800.00 because they were leaking. Another shop found a pressure line was leaking. Was charged a smoke test fee and $246.00. working fine now. Brake pads were installed for $2200.00 when pads cost less than $300.00. Ladies, they will take advantage of us. We had the worst experience with this auto shop. Had our towed truck there. Wasn't starting. They said it was two dead batteries (f250) wanted to charge us 600 for batteries and 110 diagnostic fee. Went to auto zone and got two batteries for 99.00 each. Brought the batteries to them. They still wanted to charge 110 to put the new batteries in. (15 minute job) Asked to be there when new batteries were installed to make sure that fixed the problem. Was told if I didn't trust them, they didn't want my money to get out of there. Gladly had truck towed elsewhere. read more

I wish there were a way to review the mechanics differently than the front desk. Front desk earns 0 stars. Mechanics earn 5 stars. The trouble is that as good as the mechanics are, I really don't want to bring my car there until they get a decent front desk person. They used to have the BEST front desk person I've ever met, a fellow named Abraham. He was amazing. He was knowledgeable, prompt, communicative, you name it. Now, they have a useless person at the front. Everyone I know who has taken it there since she's been working there has had difficulties and says they will not go back until she's gone. I should have listened. The first issue is communication. She absolutely does not communicate with car owners. My friend had her car there for nearly a month. Not only did the front desk assistant never call with updates, information, pricing, or anything, but any time my friend called, there was the same line of "I don't know anything. I'll get back to you." But she never did call back. Then she charged my friend DOUBLE what was anticipated plus a month's worth of "garage storage" fees and a $800 "diagnostic" fee which is astronomical! I recently had the joy of experiencing this for myself. My car went in. The woman never called. Two weeks went by and she never did call to say they had diagnosed anything, hadn't diagnosed anything, nothing. Two weeks of silence. I finally called and got the same line. "I don't know anything. I'll get back to you." Never got a call back. I think you can imagine how it went from there. I have no idea what that woman is doing at a desk of a mechanic shop, but she needs to go and someone competent hired. This has always been a 5 star facility, and the mechanics are superb, but now it doesn't matter how great the mechanics are if we can't afford the hike in charges and go months without communication about our vehicle. Rule number 1--communicate with car owners. Don't leave them hanging. Rule number 2--be transparent about pricing. Until they have another front desk person, I won't be back. read more

Terrible! Let my mistake be your lesson! I went there because they had done my inspection testing in past. Clean location but they are a rip off! Dropped off car at 3pm for the night, called at 9am and they said they were "still running diagnostics" AKA plugging in the computer to see what codes came up. Quoted me for $500 and would not even try cleaning the part to try to repair. This was a Mass Air Flow Sensor that can usually be cleaned, but if it is to be replaced the part is expensive but $500? When I went to pick up car I got a $95 charge for them looking at it. Also I was told not to come get the car right away because they had to put some parts back together. Haha what parts? Do yourself a favor and take your car to autozone if your check engine light comes on. read more

Purchased a used car with a little warranty left and wanted an independent inspection to note problems that could be repaired while still under warranty. The tech went over the vehicle with a microscope and went above and beyond and created a very comprehensive report.
