Since the car was already a TOTAL LOSS . There own mechanic hit my car and totalled it . The car was driveable but they insisted of leaving the car there . 12 days later the bill came up to $1700 just to sit there we try to pay only the storage fee bill but did not want to accept it .because they were after 1700 for the insurance money . They delayed the bill in order to acude more storage fees and never answered the phone when trying to get this resolved within 3 days . I never met some people that were so money hungry they saw the opportunity and took it to make an easy buck .

I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision! I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with.... However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. They charged me for a "free" estimate that I never received. Claimed I okayed a total out on my car…read morethat insurance hadn't even gotten a chance to look at. When I realized what they were up to I immediately called for a tow truck to get my vehicle. They wouldn't release it to him claiming I owed them $457. $250 of which is written on the receipt as a third party tow. I have camera footage of a big yellow 3R tow truck coming to take my vehicle for a "free" estimate. What really happened was they got mad they weren't going to screw the insurance out of bogus claims of expensive repairs, and since they couldn't get the claim number from me, tried to say they could only accept cash, wouldn't take over the phone payments, etc . Everything to make it hard for me. Forwarded calls, got hung up on several times by Diana. This place is horrible. Unscrupulous behavior. I will never take my business here again.
