I hit my 2019 Toyota Highlander against the side of my garage while parking. The passenger side mirror was broken and the door was scraped. I took it in to Ben for an estimate and appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was done by Friday. The work was done well - the mirror was replaced and he was able to blend the paint on the door. Final bill was not over the quoted price. A very trustworthy and honest place to get your car repaired. The owner Ben is very kind and greeted me coming and going! If you don't see the owner the front desk girl Leslie is wonderful too! You don't get this type of service very often these days! I've had to have my car in the shop because of two wrecks (not at fault) in the last few months and they have stayed in contact and communicated well with me as to when my car would be ready! Came here to get my car fixed, came in ask about an estimate for a bumper install. He said that my car had been in a wreck before etc.. , told him I knew and he said I wouldn't be able to get everything lined up without some extra work (tryna squeeze me out of every dollar) I said that ok I don't need it to be flush. Ben's body works took me in 5 mins after my accident. Benny was great explaining details of the damage. Benny will also go out his way to fix other small task that he feels need attention at no extra cost. They communicate best via email although they will answer your calls. I do recommend you to call them if they haven't contacted you with in a certain time that they told you they would. They got my car back in 4-5 days. Results of the work looks like factory standards if not better. Also you don't pay until the job is done if you leave your car. The price was surprisingly cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. The secretary was also a nice person. Over all I recommend this body shop to anyone they have great customer service and do awesome work! This is definitely my body shop for future work! I'll rate this business the full 5 stars! Took my Toyota Tacoma to get roof and hood painted. If you own a Toyota, they have horrible paint jobs. Ben gave me a quote to paint it. Once finished the painted areas match perfectly. I've look and talked to a lot of body shops. But Ben was the shop I was looking for. Took about a week to finish job. Even thought it rained and was cold he finished. I tried Ben's out based on a strong recommendation from a reliable connection at Elite Bimmers & Benz. Ben's shop is out in the middle of nowhere, not an impressive building, but immaculate inside and out - always a good sign - and Ben's a great guy. Extremely bright, careful to explain things, solid businessman. We took in our daughter's Honda CR-V to patch it up after she sideswiped a pole in a parking garage, plus fix some nasty hail damage from years ago in Nashville. Ben quoted us a pretty high price, almost twice as high as some smaller, unknown places, but I wanted it done right and the recommendation was solid. I was also pretty sure that the other quotes were from guys just trying to get us in the door, and then we would've gotten those horrible "rate adjustment" calls. Ben assured me that his quote was complete and final, that no matter what they found it would cost no more. Bottom line, the work was PERFECT, and the price quoted was the exact cost. The car literally looks brand new and I could not find one spot that wasn't restored to brand new condition. There aren't too many places that are easier to assess than a body shop. When you get your car back you look it over and if it looks great then they did a good job. But I didn't expect PERFECT. We will give Ben's all our work from now on. A little extra cost up front is nothing compared to a perfect job at a reliable quote. read more
