Ben does absolutely incredible work. I took my 2014 Camry in after I had substantial damage to my front end. Not only did he deliver perfect color-matched repairs, but he slid in some extra work that was not requested: fixing a long broken side mirror. His estimate was reasonable. There was a clear line of communication and he was just a downright good person. Thank you!! read more

Ben and his team have done an outstanding job, that I will only bring our cars there for any body work. They are honest & helpful, Highly recommend! read more

I hit my 2019 Toyota Highlander against the side of my garage while parking. The passenger side mirror was broken and the door was scraped. I took it in to Ben for an estimate and appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Dropped my car off on Monday morning and it was done by Friday. The work was done well - the mirror was replaced and he was able to blend the paint on the door. Final bill was not over the quoted price. I would go back for any other body work I need done. read more

A very trustworthy and honest place to get your car repaired. The owner Ben is very kind and greeted me coming and going! If you don't see the owner the front desk girl Leslie is wonderful too! You don't get this type of service very often these days! I've had to have my car in the shop because of two wrecks (not at fault) in the last few months and they have stayed in contact and communicated well with me as to when my car would be ready! Oh and your car will look like a brand new car when you get it back detailed and all! 10/10 Ben's body works is the best! read more

To be honest, I don't know how I can explain it other than I was given a flawless service and my car came back to me in the prettiest condition I've seen! I really appreciated the communication I was given going over details about the repair, also I appreciated that Ben did such a great job at even cleaning my car in and out! I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Came here to get my car fixed, came in ask about an estimate for a bumper install. He said that my car had been in a wreck before etc.. , told him I knew and he said I wouldn't be able to get everything lined up without some extra work (tryna squeeze me out of every dollar) I said that ok I don't need it to be flush. Then he said take it to another shop, no explanation or anything. read more

Ben's body works took me in 5 mins after my accident. Benny was great explaining details of the damage. Benny will also go out his way to fix other small task that he feels need attention at no extra cost. They communicate best via email although they will answer your calls. I do recommend you to call them if they haven't contacted you with in a certain time that they told you they would. They got my car back in 4-5 days. Results of the work looks like factory standards if not better. Also you don't pay until the job is done if you leave your car. The price was surprisingly cheaper than what I thought it was going to be. The secretary was also a nice person. Over all I recommend this body shop to anyone they have great customer service and do awesome work! This is definitely my body shop for future work! I'll rate this business the full 5 stars! Thanks Ben and staff! read more

I had to get some work done on my truck and Ben took great care of me throughout the process. He did a great job of communicating cost, time frames, and insurance information. He did a tremendous job with the repairs and it was evident he knows his craft and takes pride in his work. I would certainly use him again, though I hope I can keep my vehicles intact to never have to again. read more

Took my Toyota Tacoma to get roof and hood painted. If you own a Toyota, they have horrible paint jobs. Ben gave me a quote to paint it. Once finished the painted areas match perfectly. I've look and talked to a lot of body shops. But Ben was the shop I was looking for. Took about a week to finish job. Even thought it rained and was cold he finished. And stayed till 7:00 on a Saturday night for me to get pickup. If you are looking for a honest and friendly place to have paint or body work done. Bens Auto Body is the place to go. read more

Benjamin & Ben's Body Work is definitely someone I would do business with again in the future. The integrity, the work, the professionalism and the pricing is all appropriate and worthy of this review. Benjamin kept me informed of the process and timeline of my repairs, he made certain that my vehicle was washed and detailed. He always carried a smile and a positive demeanor. He dropped my Cadillac Escalade off to my home in perfect condition and I am well pleased. My experience in dealing with Benjamin felt like I was dealing with family. Benjamin and this place of business gets 10 stars from me. Great Work Benjamin! Signed Henry Ziegler! read more

Beautiful workmanship!! Ben obviously is a knowledgeable professional who takes pride in his work. He communicated clearly about the scope of work, timeframe and cost. Ben made sure to keep me posted throughout the repair job and sent pics to keep me updated. I notice details and there was nothing left imperfect when the job was complete. Perfect!! read more

Ben is wonderful as is his work! He is professional and kind and provided a complete quote and kept to the agreed price. He fixed everything even better from before and he even fixed my door handle that was broken from before. We are very happy with his work but also the experience overall. He was the only one willing to look at pictures to give me a quote beforehand, kept me updated the whole time with pictures on progress on the car without us having to call each time for updates, and got all the work done quick. Thank you so much Ben and we definitely would recommend Ben to anyone needing work done on their cars. read more

Very Professional...Class act all the way. Went way beyond what you see nowadays. Highly recommend!!!

I tried Ben's out based on a strong recommendation from a reliable connection at Elite Bimmers & Benz. Ben's shop is out in the middle of nowhere, not an impressive building, but immaculate inside and out - always a good sign - and Ben's a great guy. Extremely bright, careful to explain things, solid businessman. We took in our daughter's Honda CR-V to patch it up after she sideswiped a pole in a parking garage, plus fix some nasty hail damage from years ago in Nashville. Ben quoted us a pretty high price, almost twice as high as some smaller, unknown places, but I wanted it done right and the recommendation was solid. I was also pretty sure that the other quotes were from guys just trying to get us in the door, and then we would've gotten those horrible "rate adjustment" calls. Ben assured me that his quote was complete and final, that no matter what they found it would cost no more. Bottom line, the work was PERFECT, and the price quoted was the exact cost. The car literally looks brand new and I could not find one spot that wasn't restored to brand new condition. There aren't too many places that are easier to assess than a body shop. When you get your car back you look it over and if it looks great then they did a good job. But I didn't expect PERFECT. We will give Ben's all our work from now on. A little extra cost up front is nothing compared to a perfect job at a reliable quote. read more
