Dropped my car off with a specific request to find the source of a noise and fix that issue. They…read moremisdiagnosed and told me the noise wasn't a safety concern and if we could live with it then that is what they suggested. AC was making a sound when turned the AC on and off. They said I needed to fix several other issues, which we did. We try our best to keep up with maintenance as needed. When we went to pick it later that day, they then said they found the source of the noise we were originally supposed to find and it needs to be fixed. So I spent $800 on things that would need to be done in the future but weren't pertinent at the time. So now I need to come back or go somewhere else and fix the original issue. Which is a problem with the cooling fans and must be done. It felt like we were scammed and we talked about the original issue several times and they played dumb acting like they couldn't find the problem until we showed up after spending $800 of added work that could've been done later. I could've used that $800 to fix the real issue and do the other stuff later. They just lost out on the opportunity to be my mechanic as we just moved up here and that I would use for years to come. Hope the $800 was worth the $10k or probably more yall will miss out on over the next decade. I wish I could find a great mechanic that was honest and not feel like I'm at the hospital and they are just running up the bill with all the tests and visits from numerous doctors and nurses. I can't say I would recommend this place. Sure they fixed some issues but not the real issue and now want us to come back and fix the real problem with more money. Thanks a lot for taking advantage of us.

The cover was destroyed but we were able to jury rig her so she was drivable. After several delays and my rather grumpy bf not being happy about things, I got her back today. I had had them replace the cylinder. They had mentioned bent bolts and broken tabs. I figured it was how it was held in. So imagine my shock to find the entire steering column recovered. Gentlemen came out who was not a tech, took the temp of the air coming out of vents, looked at the compressor clutch then depressed the schrader valve on the system to see if there was refrigerant. I didn't expect them to do much for free but thought they would at least put it on a gauge to check pressure. Total waste of time as I already knew my ac wasn't working. Next step would be a $400 drain and recharge.
