I returned to the Midas location in an attempt to resolve the issue with the manager, Isaac Munoz, and another employee, Richard. They claimed that they were under new management. Despite explaining the situation, I was told that the only option available was a replacement battery. Given that the original battery failed after only two months, I no longer had confidence in the quality of the batteries they sell and did not feel comfortable accepting another replacement from them. I requested a refund, but they refused. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. A battery failing after only two months raises serious concerns about the quality of the product that was sold. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, the staff refused to acknowledge my concerns or offer any reasonable alternative. During one of my attempts to resolve the matter, the manager, Isaac Munoz, ended the phone call by hanging up on me, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Their lack of customer service, transparency, and willingness to stand behind the product has caused me to lose trust in this Midas location. I reached out to national customer service at Midas and they did not stand by the Midas franchise either. I would not recommend doing business with this store based on my experience. I plan to contact the better business bureau.
