First off, it took 45m to put in 5lbs of Freon? When this guy tried to tell me all this crap, he and I both knew that I was not gonna come back. I ended up, leaving from there went to Walmart got a can of Freon, put a third of that can in my system, and my AC has been blowing cold ever since. No air diverter Balance issues, probably no leaks that I can see because I'm looking at this thing with the black light. It turns out that my Freon was just low. Places like this, make it hard for honest hard-working people to get the help that they need. Some unlucky schmuck will end up spending hundreds of dollars because these guys wanna make a quick buck at the expense of someone else's ignorance. Dropped my car off with a specific request to find the source of a noise and fix that issue. They…read moremisdiagnosed and told me the noise wasn't a safety concern and if we could live with it then that is what they suggested. AC was making a sound when turned the AC on and off. They said I needed to fix several other issues, which we did. We try our best to keep up with maintenance as needed. When we went to pick it later that day, they then said they found the source of the noise we were originally supposed to find and it needs to be fixed. So I spent $800 on things that would need to be done in the future but weren't pertinent at the time. So now I need to come back or go somewhere else and fix the original issue. Which is a problem with the cooling fans and must be done. It felt like we were scammed and we talked about the original issue several times and they played dumb acting like they couldn't find the problem until we showed up after spending $800 of added work that could've been done later. I could've used that $800 to fix the real issue and do the other stuff later. They just lost out on the opportunity to be my mechanic as we just moved up here and that I would use for years to come. Hope the $800 was worth the $10k or probably more yall will miss out on over the next decade. I wish I could find a great mechanic that was honest and not feel like I'm at the hospital and they are just running up the bill with all the tests and visits from numerous doctors and nurses. I can't say I would recommend this place. Sure they fixed some issues but not the real issue and now want us to come back and fix the real problem with more money. Thanks a lot for taking advantage of us.
