It's hard to spot as it is tucked back a little, but it's a hidden gem. As soon as you pull in you are offered a water and you don't have to get out of the car. I forgot my wallet once and he allowed me to get it and come back. I took my son's car in as well and he is very affordable. If you are going west on Louetta make a U-turn just after Strack and he is on the right. I will go here from now on. read more

The usual place I used to go closed down. But some of the full service places take forever. It was in and out at Mr Jiffy and he gave me a cold bottle of water before he started. I didn't even have to get out of the car. I will be taking my second car over there shortly and will come back yearly from now on. read more

This was the fastest inspection I've ever gotten!!! I usually go to the fancy auto repair shops for the waiting rooms and coffee but end up waiting a long time. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try and was super impressed!! It is in a single carport and wouldn't have known it was there if the directions hadn't told me where to go. You just pull in and wait in your car and it's done in no time at all! The most excellent, friendly customer service. If you're in a hurry or a female worried about trying to be sold a service for your car at other places then go here! Quick and easy!! read more

Mr. Rashid Hussain was very patient and thorough. I came to him and he did a check before the inspection and knew right away I had replaced my battery. He said "You need to drive it 80 miles and come back". I drove a 100+. Came back and he checked it again and said "You're all ready for your inspection". Did the inspection. I passed. I found their post advertising on All Things Woodlands Facebook page, $18.50 for state inspections now that's a solid deal! It takes you back to the era with simplicity of life and living. The wife was telling about why they keep the price so low. It took the husband less than 20 minutes to inspect my vehicle and pass it. Clean and up to date lobby area; not dismal like a few auto shops I've previously been to where I've gotten my inspections done. The Masters lobby is bright, well lit, with fresh scent. I spent my time chatting with Misses. She even gave me recommendations on a place to get my sticker. Come to The Masters to get your inspection, you won't be disappointed! I came before closing and they didn't have any customers so the wait time was very minimal. I recommend this shop!

No problem, I pulled out my electronic ID card which shows the effective dates and I'm within the current term. She says this isn't good and she needs to see an ID card with the vehicle listed on the policy. I proceed to pull up in the app the proof of coverage which shows the vehicles VIn, my liability limits and deductibles. She then says it has to be the TX ID card itself. She then says I have a 30 minute wait so I have time to "figure it out" with a very rude tone. Ngl I'm not big on writing reviews, especially bad ones. However, after showing her two different proofs of insurance and to still give a tone and talk down to someone like they're dumb, that's not the customer service anyone wants. Won't be going back and currently writing this review in the state inspection place down the road. Funniest part of the interaction was when she was continuing to explain what a Tx ID card is and I'm a Property and casualty insurance agent by profession. I showed her two separate copies. Not a fan and wouldn't recommend coming here. Rude tones, and desk people who don't know what a TX ID card is.

I forget, every year, to do my yearly inspection. Surely enough, looking at the blue sticker in my window showcases my forgetfulness. There are a multitude of places in Houston metropolitan area that does this inspection, but I wanted close to home and in & out service. I called these guys and they informed me they had an open slot. I show up and was nicely greeted and was asked if I was the one that called. They took all necessary information and got my vehicle right in and out. I can only gauge them based off the service I needed and the quality of service I was given. If any other work is needed and I utilize them, I'll adjust my rating accordingly.

If I could give a negative stars I would. I initially took…read moremy vehicle requesting to have my exhaust checked and my catalytic converter changed on 2.27. They told my husband that they were fine but it only needed a tune up. Paid $1172 for service drove him 10 mins and that was the last time my car ran. So 2 weeks later they come Back and oh yeah your catalytic converter's do need to be replaced new total is $2980 ummm no sir not when you misdiagnosed it originally. I requested to speak with the owner no response to date. Fast forward to 3.22 my car is ready they still want me to pay almost $3k for the new service not even offsetting the original service that wasn't needed . 3.24 my car is back at Meineke all sort os safety lights flashing and sounds and my car sounds like a diesel .3.26 still no car!

He tended to my needs and addressed questions/concerns I had regarding the inspection. He even asked if I would like a cold bottle of water or soda, as it was extremely hot outside.
