If you bring a fleet vehicle here, they take it upon themselves to replace what they can opposed to what you brought the vehicle in for or what is actually needed. They don't ask before they add on services. I won't be back. read more

Family had been a regular customer for 15 years but no more. Went for inspection and received a receipt that showed 'passed', but tried and failed several times over several days to renew registration online. Called and spoke with Harris County who said there was no record of inspection, so went back to Jiffy Lube. Waited over 20 minutes for rep to pull record and found report showed 'fail' - (which was due to recently replaced battery). He actually said he remembered the car and didn't think it had failed and had no answer as to why he did not give me the report at the time, and my error for not recognizing it wasn't provided. Called group that owns location to ask how this could happen and was casually told "they must have printed the receipt before they checked your car." No apology from store or owner, no refund, lesson learned. read more

I went to get my trailer inspected and i waited an hour while the workers all went to smoke next to the dumpster. Then when it was finally my time the guy told me he didn't know how to inspect trailers and that we would have to go to another location 15 minutes away. During rush hour and pulling a travel trailer during rush hour isn't some fast thing. I am highly dissatisfied with jiffy lube not properly training their employees. read more

Came here for an inspection only on my diesel. No issues here. In and out in about 40 minutes. Their waiting area is okay. And it had a tv, but just minute clips of tv shows then 30 minutes of jiffy lube propaganda. I change my own oil and do my own preventative maintenance. So just inspections for me. read more

Wow what can I say TJ and his crew are just excellent! They went above and beyond. I was in and out within 10 minutes or less. They change my oil back in the car cleaned all the windows in the even put on my inspection sticker for me or registration whichever one it is I forget these days. The Jiffy Lube of my job off of Ella and 610 usually complains and has really bad attitude and tells me that all changed take about an hour or more. I drive a TJ greets me right away and I asked him how long do you think it will take, he tells me I'll get you out in 10 to15 minutes. We were literally out in about nine minutes. They even show you the oil stick clean and for before you leave so there's no questions. TJ also pointed out that I had some sidewall damage in my tire, I'm going to discount tire to check that out Monday. I had no idea I had sidewall damage but since TJ was so courteous and kind he let me know and now I know I need to get this done. Extremely fast great customer service. I really wish all Jiffy Lube is ran their store like TJ and his crew does. Great job guys! read more

An update: James the regional manager reached out to me to better understand what had happened. I really appreciated that. This employee will receive additional training on how to diffuse and resolve an upset customer instead of throwing gas on the problem with jokes and sarcasm. As for the oil, it turns out my engine does require a Dexcool compliant engine oil (which is still available in a 5 quart jug from Wal Mart for less than half of what I was charged for 5 quarts without the service costs, etc.) I will still he returning to my dealership for oil changes from now on because less the vacuum and glass cleaning it is the same service, but I appreciate upper management looking into my bad customer experience, which seems to be an anomaly based on other reviews. read more

UPDATE: There are new people that run this place now. Specifically a guy named Keith and he is the reason I will not ever return to a Jiffy Lube. I went into Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change and when I pulled out of the parking lot my blinker wasn't working. I know that this was something they did because when my blinker doesn't work it blinks VERY fast and I cannot stand it. So I pull back in and tell them they did something to disconnect my blinker. Then they tell me it wasn't anything they did (clearly a lie) and that I am going to have to go to autozone to get a part and bring it back to them to replace it. I decided to say "screw Jiffy Lube" and went to Service First off Spring Cypress. When I told them what Jiffy Lube did, they fixed ALL OF IT for free and without telling me I had to go buy some part on my own. Seriously, screw the new Jiffy Lube staff. I used to love this place and came here for 15 years. Never again. Keith needs to learn some professionalism. He had the nerve to blame me and tell me I came in with my blinkers not working and that I just "wasn't aware". Never again, Keith. Service First is the best place ever. I received a $20.16 off coupon in the mail while I was at home for Christmas break. Headed up to the local Jiffy Lube, expected quite a line as it was late December and inspections were due. There were a BUNCH of cars - at least 2-3 per stall. One of the employees greeted me in my car and I was a bit leery of the lines... "10-15 minutes," he said. "Yeah right," I thought. Nevertheless, I was in it to win it - cuz, you know, Winter is Coming. Gotta get that car lubed up! I had my MacBook open and was navigating some work when, to my surprise, the gentleman came and gathered me (no more than 10-12 minutes after my arrival) to select my oil of preference and get my information. Done. Five minutes later I was at the register making my payment. BOOM. Overall, I was super impressed by their courtesy and speediness during the holidays. Two thumbs up. read more

We have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. I have always had good service in the past. I told my son to take his car in for an oil change . The gentleman who helped him was very condescending towards my son. My son was very adamant about never going there again . This was December 2020. My husband took this same car back to Jiffy Lube in January. No problems. Keep in mind my son drives this car about 1/4 mile each day to work. My husband drove it to Kingwood and noticed the motor was running hot. Apparently the cap to the radiator was off and not once but twice a technician missed this. Nobody else has messed with the engine since the oil change and inspection. Luckily my husband is mechanically inclined and knew to stop at an auto parts and check. The cap was just luckily barely on the radiator and all the antifreeze had blown out. This is unacceptable and based on reviews and experiences mentioned on the local Nextdoor app, this place needs better management and accountability. Attitude and service are unacceptable. Jiffy lube does not deserve 1 star but I had to give the something 1. They are to expensive I could have gone to my dealer lesson learned Purchase coupon on Groupon still had to pay $30 my total was $60 for oil change 2. They didn't vacuum my carpet until I mentioned it after they said my car was ready and then when they did vacuum it was a bad job 3. Per the Groupon they were put something on my window for the rain and my windows just look dirty whatever they did 4. And they almost forgot to reset my oil light never again. read more

I've had my Chevy S10 for almost a year. This was the 3rd oil change I've had on my truck and I wanted to see if they were better than Walmart's auto place. I was right. I came in the other day to get my oil changed. They also offer other services such as tire changes, air filter replacements, and others. You park in the back and are greeted by one of the servicemen. This guy was nice and told me that I was missing a brake light on the top of my truck. I agreed to have it replaced since it was a highly recommended. You can also ask for any services you want in your visit to the garage. I will get my oil changed here from now on. It's a little small, but the guys are friendly and will point out anything that needs to be replaced or fixed. I really enjoyed my visit here and all the services they offer. I walked out paying almost $70 with the light, and oil change, but they really do a good job that it's worth it. read more

Been going there for years to get oil change and inspection and they are polite, courteous and quick but it only takes one screw up to ruin the ratings. Went there for inspection and oil change. After a while, the tech shows me an air filter(selling up) that, in his opinion, needed to be changed but in my opinion looked practically clean and new. I told him not to worry about it that my husband would take care of it, then he just stood there and gave me a weird stare, thinking I would change my mind. They finished quickly and ignored my request for my oil to be changed. I decided to forget about the oil change, I paid and drove off then noticed my car was shaking and stalling. I should've gone back but I got home, parked and car wouldn't start up again. My husband, who is quite handy, checked where the air filter was and he discovered they had left a hose loose that apparently was in the way when they removed the air filter! Very disappointed but won't be going back there. read more

I went to this location because I received a gift card for my birthday for an oil change. It was a 20 gift card so I figured I would end up maybe paying 10 bucks and getting some good oil. I paid 58 bucks, and that's after the gift card. I did get high millage oil, but I can go to my mechanic get him to do a full look over of my car and do the oil change and still pay less. In fact at the car wash I can get the same pen soil brand name high mileage oil and a car wash for less. Not only was the price outrageous, but they were very high pressure sales. They kept recommending about 300 worth of other stuff for them to do. I understand every one has to make money, but with the amount of oil changes they do I assume they get a bulk discount on the oil. So they are already making money they don't need to try and pressure me into paying almost a months rent on my car. If they had gone over and above maybe I wouldn't think so much of it. I just didn't feel like the service matched the price. I'm never going back. read more
