They had to drive an hour to pick them up and I agreed. It took much longer and then after they arrived it was 30 more minutes. Then someone tells me it's the wrong spark plugs and if I wanted to wait for them to get the correct ones. I said No, and was waiting 45 more minutes to have my old ones put in. Now it's 11:30am. My car finally pulled up and I really needed to go, but had to wait a couple of minutes to get checked out. Finally, I am checked out and I leave and they didn't put my air cabin filter back on. I drove back and my car starts smoking. They said that it was smoke from the oil they didn't clean up. When the manager came by he said they didn't even put any antifreeze that I had paid for. I have been here before and they didn't put my oil cap on correctly and my car started leaking oil. I have been avoiding this place for years but decided to give them another chance, big mistake. I am wondering if my spark plugs were even put back correctly. I never write a bad review, but this case I'm doing it for people's safety and for them not to lose money.

An off the wall, not-so-fancy establishment but at this point I just wanted my tire to be fixed or replaced ASAP. Without someone having to convince me that they feel "I am not safe in my vehicles and should consider purchasing larger tires" on my SUV to have them ALL replaced. No Gracias! As I arrived to Mateo's I shared how I know I need to replace one for sure and if he thinks I need more I was willing to have them replaced (Which I just bought 2 a couple months ago). Mateo said I only needed that one and he had it in stock! (YAY!) I gave him my key lock and he immediately started working on my tire since it indeed needed to be changed. The work was done in about 10 minutes WOW! I was impressed! He was nice, courteous and professional. I appreciate a straight-forward business that respects a woman despite my lack on tire knowledge. I came in for a simple safety inspection I should have taken 7 minutes and in the half hour that I waited they didn't even get to the person's vehicle that was ahead of me in line. There were zero sense of urgency to get these people in and out the lady that was ahead of me had to leave for work in 9 minutes and they hadn't done her inspection yet I had somewhere that I needed to be and now I wasted a half hour of my life sitting there in a lobby waiting to have my car looked at and never got looked at. I brought my car here for other things before and it's been the same ammo there's no sense of urgency something simple takes longer than it needs to they always insist on signing you up for text messaging even though you tell them repeatedly I do not want to be text messaged. Today was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. I will not be back.
