The, take five on Conroe messed up on my oil change leaving my car with low oil after two days I came to this one and the manager took care of me and made sure everything was good before I pulled out! Great customer service very friendly read more

I had a terrible experience at this particular location. Never tried this franchise before, but the commercials had me intrigued. When paying for a service, all items should be checked off on the companies list before confirming completion with the customer; this was not done. Hours after I left my service light came back on!!! After they completed my oil change!!! I do not recommend them, especially if you don't want to be upsold and sit there forever IN your car. Better places around, try them. I won't be back. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil change prices, but they were upselling me and made everything take so long - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tomball, Texas

I arrived right when they opened and was greeted by Tristan. He was efficient, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He checked a few things on my vehicle and clearly explained what he found, with zero pressure to buy anything. I really appreciated the way he treated me as a customer -- he truly made my day! read more

I wish I could give this location a ZERO. Took my vehicle here for an inspection and had the worst encounter with Inspector Michael. He was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After waiting 45 minutes to get my inspection, which included them servicing 2 vehicles that arrived AFTER me, I was allowed to pull into a bay. There was no apology offered for the wait or acknowledgment that they serviced 2 vehicles ahead of me. After the failed inspection, which was no surprise, Michael was smug in his dealing with me. Michael asked if I wanted to speak with his Manager and I said why would I do that if he (Michael) is the kind of employee that they hire to meet with customers. I would only expect more of the same. I left feeling totally disrespected and not wanting to go back there ever!! Go to another location and save yourself from this type of treatment. read more

Normally i like coming here. The people have always been nice and service is quick. The people are still nice, but today the service it was different. I needed to do my inspection, and my wipers, being relatively new, were required to be replaced for $70 or I'd fail my inspection. When the new ones were installed, the same streaking was present. It had nothing to do with the wipers. And when commented on, it was dismissed. I didn't need to spend that. And other services were offered that I didn't need. That's not customer service, it's upselling. Note to self, get a car wash before inspection. I ended up coming in for an oil change and inspection and leaving spending much more than I wanted to for items that were not necessary. Aside from that, I really do like their service, the people are friendly, everything is usually good. I just don't care for upselling. It was a two star, but as I'm writing this i added a star because Shell came up and chatted with me about my oil, and was very informative and pleasant. Nothing trying to be sold just good advice and caution to keep my ride in check. Cred where due, I definitely appreciate the knowledge! read more

The service at this location is horrible!! I've gone a few times hoping they will be better but each time has been disappointing. I will no longer go here. Every time I go there is a minimum 30 minute wait and the staff acts like they don't want to provide service. Terrible service. read more

Michael was very helpful and informative during my oil change and coolant exchange process gave me some good discounts to help out which I really appreciated and they were pretty efficient with their time management. I definitely appreciate it in the summer heat getting handed a water bottle as well when you pull up. read more

Was told 30 minute wait for an inspection at 11:20 a.m., only 2 cars were in the shop before me. Waited over an hour in the parking lot until I drove back up and they said "about 20 more minutes". Understaffed and liars. read more

Came in for an emissions test. The attendant told me it would be 24 minutes and then told me to park on the side. As I was waiting 15 minutes, a SUV with two blonde girls pulled up. The attendant put them right in line in front of me. I guess I was not blonde enough for them and the wrong gender. read more

Came in for an oil change and i understand that they have to try and upsell their stuff or try and make you buy more but one guy was super pushy no matter how many times i said no. I was doing maintenance on my whole car and only wanted the oil change from them while i went elsewhere for other car repairs. The guy had an attitude and was really judgmental that i came in "late" for the change. I only change my oil when the maintenance light comes on. (Is that not what youre supposed to do??) He found other things that needed to be repaired in my car and after i kept telling him i'll get them done he kept saying how i cant push it off any longer which was really irritating. Not only that, but they didn't even reset my maintenance light and after a few days and more repairs i had to watch a video on yt and do it myself. Won't be going to take 5 for oil changes anymore. Not to mention how expensive this place is. read more

My actual review would be ZERO STARS because thats how I felt in the moment, but i'm not going to rate it that because overall they are fine. I went in for a simple emissions test and they told me to wait on the side because there was a person in-front of me. Well an hour and a half later I went to go talk with someone about my emissions test and they said I was next after this inspection. An hour later and 2 and a half hours in total I decided to leave and go somewhere else. When I was leaving I saw that another person was in that bay even though I was next. Maybe it was a mixup? Maybe its bad management? I don't know and don't care that much anymore, but I REALLY think there should be a bit more feedback with the customer. If you have someone idling 2+ hours in the hot sun for nothing but an emissions test and your company is called "take 5..." the very least you could do is go say, "hey we are almost done here" or "you should come back in (amount of time) because this is taking a while" read more

I've been a long term customer of Take-5, having received great customer service and quick service at several of their locations. This one particularly did not deliver up to par. Was in the stall for almost an hour. Like another reviewer commented, it was more like "Take-45" or "Take way too long." read more

I went in for an oil change and they lost a screw for my air filter. Not only did they not tell me about it until I asked (because I heard them talking under the hood), they said they couldn't find it and that it was probably fine. read more

Came here to get an oil change on my vehicle. The gentleman that checked me in, I believe his name was Tristan, was very attentive and told me about their Veteran's discount. I received good service from Timius who did the oil change with a gentleman named David. They were very respectful and thorough. Made good recommendations because I needed an air filter, which I had them replace. The price is a bit higher than some other places, but they do report the oil changes to CarFax if you want to keep a record of your services & they did everything they said they would to the vehicle. read more

This Take 5 slogan is such a lie. Had to wait for 45min- an hour for an oil change. Only 3 guys working and they all work on one car so it takes forever. Looks like they are tired or high cause they move like snails. read more

went for a basic oil change .... The tech using a 12-18 long funnel with a oil quart inverted in it , left it and walked away.... The oil spilled all over my engine including the exausht manifold.... Told him to clean it up throughly to which the tech became rude and started to talk in a loud voice ....he kept on saying I need to let him do his job and he was going to clean it .... To which I said I needed it to be throughly cleaned ... But he was still not willing to listen to me. I asked if I could talk to a manager and he said was the manager. Surprised to see this attitude from a manager .... Had to come home and spend an hour cleaning off the oil the was spilt over the engine... See pictures and the video .... You can see the smoke from the oil on the manifold .... Never go to quick 5 for oil changes.... Not sure if the techs are qualified Just noticed the oil filter cover not screwed in .... Missed installing the screws read more

I normally don't like places like this but my regular place was busy so I stopped by take 5 for an oil change. Though they were more expensive than my usual place, Seth was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I like that I didn't have to wait and was able to stay in my vehicle. Seth seemed confident and honest which is what I hope for with any technician. I would definitely return. read more

I have used this location twice now and plan to come back a third time, at least. Easy access from the highway. Kevin and his team take care of me well when I come in - I appreciate how they try to educate me on my car in the process. Fast and friendly service. But do allocate 30-40 mins depending on what they find that needs to be corrected with your car's system. read more

Just wanted to say how amazing the 11515 Spring Cypress Rd Tomball, TX 77377 United States location is. I had Gannon, a young man with glasses and black hair, and Kevin, as well as the manager and another man named Robert. I came the first time to get my mothers car oil change and they were so nice and helpful. I enjoyed it so much I came and got my own cars oil change done. A nice funny team that works super fast and efficient. Really loved it. Gannon and kevin especially were so great. Please make sure they know how great they are! Will for sure be back (-: read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tomball, Texas

The bad news here is after hearing their prices I don't think I'll be coming back to Take 5. I got a coupon mailed to me from my dealership that would be 25 bucks less than the take 5 price plus a tire rotation included. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Take 5 oil change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Tomball, Texas

Take five takes a long long time! Should be renamed Take Long oil change! Others come in and you end up behind the car that takes forever however it wasn't quick for anyone in the bay. Definitely skip if you are looking for a quick stop for an oil change. read more

Just got oil changed and Kevin was amazing. He went above and beyond! Would recommend to get oil changed here

I took my brand new 5k Mile jeep gladiator to this place for its first oil change. Big mistake!!!!! My car was at home leaking oil all over the place to wear I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. Stay far away from this place. Stick with the dealership. Save yourself hundreds of dollars later on. I also had to clean my driveway. And it damn sure ain't 5 min. This oil change was 80 bucks and now I'm 200 more in for a diagnostic fee from the jeep dealership and out a car for 2 days smh. read more

They were friendly, polite, professional and explained everything they were doing. I will be coming back for future oil changes. Thank you!

Do not go here, especially if you are a woman. They like to treat you as if you are an idiot, and their prices are ridiculous. They took it upon themselves to change the filters and charge me an additional $40 for it, even though I did not authorize it. I came in for a simple oil change, and nothing else. They charged me $120. They will do anything to get more money out of you. Will not be coming back. read more

Spent 1 1/2 hour to get oil change and when I complained about how long it was taking, Roberto said fuck you. Incompetent people working there. Stay away from this place. read more

The service is ass. It's crazy how I only came for an inspection and they had me waiting for 40 minutes just to tell me I wouldn't pass because my tint. Also these guys are unprofessional. They gonna help what I think was there family and then just talk for about 30 of those minutes. Let another Truck go in front of me in lane 1 and then finally walk over to my car . Didn't even let me pull into the service area just brought the tint reader over and said " you ain't even gonna pass" . Like wtf y'all really dumb ass shit. Could have been gone but no they wasted my whole morning. read more

I went to this location for an oil change. I thought all went well but when I returned for another oil change I was told they had tightened the filter too much, stripped the threading and were unable to remove it. I was told to take it to a mechanic to have it removed and they would cover the costs, but when presented the bill they denied it and left me with it. Go somewhere else to have your oil changed if you care about your car. read more

Pulled into the back of this place and saw the sign that says stay in your car which I did and nobody came outside for 10 minutes... I left

Took my car to get an oil change, the service was great and super quick. Was in and out in 20 minutes, only complaint I have is there should be ac in that building. It was extremely hot and unbearable in this heat can't imagine how the workers can stand it. read more

Sylvia was the best! I came from another location last time that I never want to go back to because the guy was incredibly pushy about it and did not know how to handle customer service the right way. This location was a complete different story all together everybody was professional one good at their jobs but Sylvia was definitely the highlight! I will definitely taking my car here every time when she's working. read more

Employee named Garrett put 2 full 4qt containers of oil into our ford f150, this truck does not take that much oil.. We asked for the extra oil his response was "there was no extra it took the whole thing". That is NOT correct.. I would not recommend being taken care of by this employee Garrett specifically. Other employee named Kedar was extremely helpful, we appreciate him fixing another employees mistake by draining overfilled oil, while Garrett was standing around talking. Kedar did fix this mistake and we left happy because of him, but we do not feel comfortable coming here again. Be very observant if you choose to come here. read more

Went in for my inspection last week, the inspection guy wasn't there. No problem, people have days off. Today, I called ahead and was told by someone (offsite, apparently they have a separate office to field calls) that he should be there until 7. Got to the shop and was told, yet again, he was off. The staff seems friendly enough, but the lack of communication on their end wasted what little time I had over lunch. Don't think I'll be using them again. read more

I've been here twice and I'll probably be back - but I'll make sure to come at a time they're not busy. The first time I went, it was very quick service and the tech was incredibly professional, nice, and quick at his job! He was so nice I emailed to say how great he was. They show you the new oil level every time and make sure to ask what oil you prefer. The price is probably average or maybe slightly above but for the quick service I will pay a bit more. The second time I had a different experience. I waited 35 minutes before the tech came over to start on my car. He took a little longer than the first tech did but I figured he must be newer. There was a negative aside from the wait time though. The tech was telling me to hold a button on my dash to reset my change oil light (I am familiar and have done this many times before) but he insisted I do it with my left hand. I even pushed the button with my right hand and he said "no no you have to use your left hand". It felt like he was trying to prank me because I know it doesn't make any difference and overall made me very uncomfortable. I hope the techs are more professional like my first experience next time. read more

I have always had a pleasant experience with this location. I don't plan on going anywhere else ! Kevin and his crew are the best .
