I was told from the start of the quote and made to believe when installation occurd that I was getting LLUMAR tint made in the USA , they even have the logo above tint options on their wall. I have more proof of this. In reality they sell Autobahn tint, this is not what I wanted Very dishonest, to not be upfront on the product a customer is purchasing in my opinion. They offered me a refund but they won't allow me to wait in store for the process & I have to leave the vehicle all day, so much for customer service.... Had our SUV front two windows tinted. When walked in was surprised at how comfortable and nice it was inside. Better then dealership lounges I've had experienced before hands down. Their complimentary snacks and drinks was WOW.. Very helpful and knowledgeable of items. They did both the front windows under an hour for $169, and when return you get 5% discount for future. Had a goodie thank you bag with a fiber cloth, spray, warranty card, and warranty sheet/info. It is day 2 after install and looks good as things dry out and such as they explain in detailed to wait 3-5 days for the moisture etc to dry out and cure. Parking is easy, and location is great. I have used RoyZ Window tint in the past. I have had my 2011 Dodge Charger, and also my 2016 Nissan Maxima tinted. The cost was reasonable, the one warranty issue I had went smoothly, application and everything was great. I call in Friday to get a cost for a 2007 Saturn Vue. I was told that basic tint would be $450.00 plus tax plus another $60 for a strip across the front windshield. WHAT?????? I paid significantly less for both of my other cars. (Yes I had them tinted the same way, limo all around and an eyebrow at the front) That cost is more than most other tint shops around as well. They may have a nice sitting area while you wait, as they should. Yes, they are nice, and professional, which they should be. But, I in no way think the cost of tinting a car has sky rocketed this high. I Will DEFINATELY be finding a new tint shop. read more

I had a place in Cypress that I had used before but wanted to see what else was out there. I did a little search and RoyZ popped up with super bomb Yelp reviews. I was sold and it was so close to my house. I dropped by to make an appointment and found out they are in the old LaserX location. It is a super nice set up and they have the waiting area all tricked out and comfy. The lady behind the counter is knowledgeable and made me super comfortable in using their services. I'm a middle-aged mom and was expecting some car dudes to talk down to me or be creepy. It was NONE of that! She understood exactly the type of tint I wanted and their facility is so clean and nice. I made an appointment for the next day. I dropped my car off the next day, expecting it to take several hours and to my surprised, they finished it in an hour. I now regret not taking the opportunity to hang out while it was done. My new car looks fabulous and I love the quality and warranty of the product. I contacted these guys yesterday for a quote on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Roy, himself, quickly responded with his estimate and details of the product(s). Found them off of Yelp and am very happy I decided to give them a chance. Everyone there was super friendly and it didn't take very long to do the tint. I got lucky and got a walk-in appointment, I do recommend that you make an appointment just to be sure. I have a Mini Cooper and the dealership wanted $300 for the tint job, I got it done at RoyZ for about $200. Saved $100, so I'm pleased about that. They offer refreshments and snacks free of charge which was amazing because I was STARVING when I walked in. Those almonds held me over until the service was completed! Waiting room was amazing with Netflix and even CHARGING STATIONS FOR YOUR PHONE!!! Also, the tint comes with a life long guarantee. He is a registered dealer for his product and gives you a registration card and receipt promising the delivery of a premium product and service. I don't know Roy personally, and I'm not being paid to put this up here, I chose him out of 17 other tint shops that quoted here on yelp. I was not disappointed. It sucks having to wait when you can't leave the car, but they have a great comfy waiting room with couches, free snacks, drinks, and Top Gear on the flat screen! These guys are the best! Family owned and run. Very military friendly. Always willing to work with you to get the best deal. They offer the best products on the market. I made the mistake of having darker than legal tint placed on my front door windows, and when it came time to get the inspection done, the shop wouldn't pass me based only on the window tint being too dark! I went back to Roy and explained my situation, fully expecting to pay a bunch of money due to my mistake, to have the old tint removed, and new legal tint put in. However, Roy removed the tint immediately (with no appointment) , so that i could go back and get my inspection completed that day. Then he scheduled an appointment a couple days later to install the new tint. So, a couple days later i showed up for my appointment a little early. He took my truck right in and thirty minutes later I was good to go. Once again with a flawless install that can be rolled down immediately if necessary. On top of this outstanding customer service that's getting harder to find every day, Roy gave me a huge break on the cost!
