Do you guys sell spacers for bmw?

Sorry for the delayed response we have been rather busy lately at the shop, but what kind of spacers are you interested in? We have scosche and metra products so I may carry it if they make it.

How much to add a sound system with amp and subs but use the factory radio on a 2015 Toyota tundra?

Would need just a bit more info, does your vehicle have the upgraded premium sound in it? Is it a full size 4 doors? How many subs are you considering? What is most important to you when installing a sound system one your vehicle? We have several…

1 STAR -- Extremely Disappointing Customer Service…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this NAPA Auto Parts location was unacceptable. Before attempting to return a defective part, my husband called the store and spoke directly with the manager, David, to explain the situation. David gave my husband specific information regarding how the return would be handled. Based on that conversation, I went to the store to return the defective part. When I arrived, however, I was given a completely different story. What made the situation particularly frustrating was David's response. Rather than acknowledging what had been communicated or attempting to resolve the misunderstanding professionally, he insisted that he had never told my husband what my husband clearly remembered being told. I even called my husband while I was standing there so that he could speak directly with David. Despite speaking to him again, David continued to deny the conversation and doubled down on his version of events. That was incredibly disappointing coming from someone in a management position. If a manager gives a customer information over the phone, the customer should reasonably be able to rely on that information when they arrive at the store. At the very least, a manager should be willing to listen, communicate respectfully, and work toward a reasonable solution--not become defensive and dismiss what the customer was told. Unfortunately, the customer service did not improve from there. Both David and Christopher, the cashier assisting me, were unnecessarily rude, snappy, and dismissive throughout the interaction. There is absolutely no reason for customers attempting to resolve a legitimate issue with a defective product to be spoken to that way. The defective part was frustrating enough. Being given conflicting information by management and then treated as though we were being dishonest about the conversation made the experience significantly worse. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen. What separates good businesses from bad customer experiences is how management handles those situations. Accountability, professionalism, consistency, and basic courtesy would have gone a long way here. Unfortunately, I experienced very little of any of those things. I would strongly encourage NAPA's district or corporate management to review the customer-service practices at this location, particularly how return issues and telephone commitments are handled. Customers should not receive one answer before coming to the store and a completely different answer once they arrive. After this experience, I have very little confidence in doing business with this location again.

We purchased a procharger for our Challenger from Houston Performance. During the tune, the tech. worked really hard on it, but could never get it just right. In the process, it was run too lean. After getting pretty forceful about it, they agreed to give us half of the money back for the tune. We finally got the tune right with another shop but now the pistons are shot. Apparently this happens when it's run lean. Now we are having to spend $2900 for new pistons. Beware!

We took our car there several times for work and for the most part they did good work; however, we had to take the car back several times because the clutch they put in kept failiing. With a little due diligence they could've done it right the first time IMO. After another job they did for us they failed to reconnect the throttle. The final insult was when they refused to honor their own warranty when the car overheated. Instead of being willing to break the engine down to see what caused the problem they chose to blame others. They weren't even willing to work with me to fix the problem. Go to Fast Lane if you want performance work done.
