Excellent and fast service by Jimmy. We got in the car to a dead battery. Jumped it and drove to Autozone on the way to lunch. Jimmy was fast, found the battery we needed and helped us purchase. The clamps broke because they were old but no sweat, he took care of that too. Very satisfied with the service today, we were there about 30 minutes tops. read more

I came in to purchase wiper blade not realizing that they will install and help you with them. As I went to check out David did a great job of making sure I had the right wiper blades and helped me install them free of charge. Great customer service I definitely recommend coming to this auto zone for your automotive needs. read more

Very lazy workers that don't want to help. I like to call before I go to make sure they have what I need before I get there but the employees act like it's such a chore just to answer a couple basic questions or they will just leave you on hold till you hang up read more

Definitely the least helpful AutoZone I've ever been to. Just a little customer service tip, if I'm asking you questions, it's because I don't know and genuinely need your help, laughing in my face is not the proper response. read more

Bethany did an amazing job finding out what was preventing my engine from starting and even installed the part, she was efficient, kind, and fast! read more

1. Service - outstanding. Everyone that works here seem to be friendly and helpful. I came looking for a special vehicle socket, and the guy came out to my car in search for the right tool for me. You can test out the fitting before buying it. They offer free testing and charging of your car battery to see if it actually needs replacing. And they will help you find the right battery to fit your vehicle. They also have a battery recycling program. What I like is if you bought the battery from them, and you save the receipt, you can get a free replacement, but it's time limited (I think within a year or so...forgot the exact timing). They will look at your vehicle if you have questions or need assistance. These guys are experts. 2. Products - great, everything I need that's car related: air filters, windshield wipers, car batteries, special vehicle tools, car wash soap, tire shine spray cans, and special paint for boats. 3. Price - average, not expensive, and reasonable. 4. Ambiance - It's like a garage in here with A/C. Nothing fancy. It smells nice and as it should. haha. 5. Search - I prefer coming here over Walmart. Although Walmart has many products, it doesn't always carry everything. I like coming here as there are experts that deal with autoparts every day. Finding stuff is easy as it's arranged in an organized manner. If you need air filters or windshield wipers, there are guide books in the isle where you can find your car by year, make, and model. You can find your products on their website as well, or you can also stand in line to be assisted by an in-store salesmen to look up something for you. read more

Store managed is in the middle of cashing me out and proceeds to help other customers after me multiple times. Telling me to hold on like bro tell these other mfs to hold on damn. And prints my receipt then proceeds to help someone else like bro give me my receipt real quick and help. All I got was a caliper guid pin boot kit, one lug nut and one lug stud. I shouldn't be there for more than 10 minutes of bs! Terrible service honestly. read more

the manager here is extremely unprofessional. she is rude and refused to refund an item with a receipt and no note of it being a non-refundable item. she used foul language, sold a defective product, and was unpleasant. read more

The Store Manager MILEIDA very unprofessional save your money go somewhere else... came in to buy brakes for my car which had a warranty for the pads , they up sold me saying that these were the ones I had on warranty , I paid , came back to return cores and get my money , and now since it wasn't the ones under warranty, they can only give me half my money back , or I pay more to keep the warranty full of shit , the guy that checked me out was there said to the store manager that he messed up... her response half back or pay more lol She's a Joke!! read more

Growing up, my family had always been loyal to Autozone. Nowadays, it depends on who has the right parts at a competitive cost and this Autozone is usually both. In this area (NW Houston) there are several stores, so if one doesn't have a part there's usually another not far away. The staff is helpful, and sometimes they'll put on the part for you (i.e. bulbs, air filters, rear-view mirrors) mainly simple things. So your vehicle is sick and you need to have it looked-at? Their diagnostic check is quite accurate saving you time and perhaps dollars. The same can be said about most other auto parts stores, but what separates Autozone is the staff's willingness to help solve your problem instead of just giving you what you asked for. Can't hate that! read more

Poor customer service, I was driving from work and my check engine light came on and I drove to this place and was told that because of COVID-19 they can't check my car with the gadget, I would have to do it myself . I was at this same auto zone on Tuesday and they did perform the diagnostic and today Saturday they saying that they can't do it because of COVID-19. It do not make any sense when we all wearing mask and distancing. read more

My husband purchased the wrong part (after I told him to just go to the dealership) but he had already opened the package. I wasn't about to waste money throwing it away so I politely stopped but with the receipt and received a refund. The cashier and manager were super friendly and understanding. I will definitely be back! read more

My car powered down on the highway so I called Autozone in hopes they could give me some advice. I spoke with Alex, who provided excellent customer service and helped me find a mobile mechanic as I am new to the area. Luckily, a few minutes later, I was able to start my car and make it to the Autozone parking lot before my car died again. My battery was completely dead but still under warranty so Alex replaced the battery on the spot. He then tested the alternator which also needed replaced. The part was ordered and the mobile mechanic replaced the next day for a fair price. Alex was willing to help every step of the way while he was also helping other customers. He does an excellent job and deserves recognition for taking care of the customers. read more

Charlie is a rockstar she has helped me figure out things to fix my truck multiple times. She should definitely be the store manager. I've came in here while the other staff isn't doing much or there all on break and she's helping all the customers. One time I posted on Facebook saying thanks to Charlie at AutoZone for helping me and I had multiple friends comment that she was a rockstar and has even helped them out. She definitely deserves a raise or some recognition. She is a ROCKSTAR read more

Worst place ever. 4 employees. 10 people waiting in line. 1 cashier and no sense of urgency from any employee. Not to mention that 2 employees in the back supposedly working and the other one outside with customer and smoking. read more

Went in for a part had a employee sitting down just talking to a male employee who was working. Even though not busy at all in the store jaeesha just looked at me and kept talking. The lady jaeesha ends up calling a different employee that was working and told her to come help me out which the lady replied to her "are you doing anything" which jaeesha replied "no" so the other lady just walked off. So I've been in the store going on 5mins still no help. Now jaeesha finally ends up helping me and didn't seem like she cared to work or be there at all. Terrible service. read more
