The woman working the register (seemed to be a manager) was dismissive to me as she was too busy flirting with a man. She was more helpful to my husband and called him pet names, overall odd behavior. She spoke to both of us like we were dumb. Guys, I am so excited to post this review because for the last few weeks I've been putting off getting a headlight replacement because I couldn't find anyone to help me determine which ball I needed and how to properly install the low beam lights. I called another place and they were going to charge me over $100 per headlight to replace. After waiting an hour and a half at the "other place", I just popped over to this AutoZone and voila! Managers are a joke, staff is a joke. Sent me broke. Part and then told me "oh well call corporate". Would not help me over the phone after I paid a $20 delivery fee for this part. I've been at this place a ton of times and 80% of the time you get the employees that show that don't want to be there... some of them are rude and you feel like you want to get what you need and get out of there quickly so you don't have to deal with people's attitude's. However Don (I believe that is his name) is AMAZING!!!!! His attitude is always the right one, he is so positive, friendly, very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Shout-out to Ray! I'd just taken my parent's vehicle for an oil change at a nearby Mr Detail (see that review...), where the guy had informed me that "Somebody put the wrong air filter in." That seemed like nonsense to me, so after I checked with my dad, I came to this AutoZone to potentially buy a new filter. First of all, Ray was wearing a mask, which I appreciated. Secondly, he was kind enough to check the air filter and compare it to the new one in the box. Turns out yeah, Mr Detail was BSing me. Can not say enough about the service here ... just went in to grab a headlight bulb after work and they offered to change it for free which if anybody owns a Mazda 3 out there knows is extremely frustrating.. the guy stayed out there and got it done even though it was getting dark .. if anyone there sees this thanks again... read more

Car wouldn't start after sitting through hurricane Harvey. We came into Auto Zone to have the battery tested. The store was a little busy but the staff worked quickly and got through the line. Terrance tested our battery and we ended up having to buy a new one. Only $140 out the door for my Mazda 6 battery (with $18 off for leaving my old one). Terrance was quick and efficient when replacing the battery. He had me turn the car off and on twice to ensure it was put in correctly. I will definitely continue to shop here. Pulled in because our check engine light came and the car overheated.. The guys working Doug and Cary came out and not only hooked up the computer to blow the check engine codes, but stayed and troubleshooted the engine for over 15mins and eventually found the problem! Horrible experience. Walked in and asked for help and was look down as if I'm obligated to know car stuff. Went out to get the manual to show a picture and the staff member was deliberately delaying the process with the person ahead of us not to have to deal with women. Will never set foot on an auto zone again, they need to train their employees to a good costumer service no matter who it is. Would give ZERO stars if I could. read more

I'm a huge Autozon fan because they are always friendly and helpful but unfortunately this one wasn't. I asked a guy for some help and he stood behind the counter and shrugged his shoulders and lifted his hand and stared at me for a brief moment. I said forget it and then he walked up to me and said sir I need to input what you are looking for in the computer. By this point I was frustrated and told him I didn't need his help. As I paid for my things I said who is the manager and Charles said I am. I smiled and said this is ridiculous. Let me speak to your manager. I walked in on and needed to purchase a headlight bulb and associate Javier was able to give me a hand by installing the bulb. The line was about 10 people deep with one guy helping, the manager I'm guess in grey came out to help but this place seemed very hectic so we ended up leaving.
