I am giving this place five stars due to Cody and his great customer service…read more This place is about two hours away from me so I wanted as much information as possible before making the trip - I needed to make sure the car was good and I can lock the price I wanted. The timeline for the review is as follows and keep in mind that I had work on Friday and work until 12 pm on Saturday: 1) Thursday night/Friday morning - I messaged indiGO through its website 2) Friday morning - I received a call/text/email from Cody 3) Friday 2 pm - I got the price I wanted around 2 pm but I don't get off work until 6 pm (bummer because I wanted to go see the car ASAP) 4) Saturday - plan was to finish work, run some quick errands and be at indiGO between 3 pm and 5 pm ----- NOTE: I ended up not going because I got a deal closer to home. After I messaged indiGO regarding a vehicle I was interested in, I received a call, a text message, and an email from Cody. I responded to him via text; I asked for the OTD price and I told him I wanted to pay off the car in a one-time payment. He was very helpful with the breakdown of the cost and we negotiated the price through text. Once I mentioned my final OTD price, he asked me to call him and we ended up agreeing on what I wanted. What I liked was that there was NO pressure to finance. During the phone call, Cody had his manager (I believe his name was Jeff) on the line and they guaranteed the OTD. They also said they would put the car on hold since I was not able to go see the car until the following day; Cody asked me to call him when I'm on my way to see the car. On Saturday morning, I did some more research into the vehicle since its CarFax was missing some information, and after the research, I was still prepared to head out to indiGO after work. When I was almost done with work, I saw an email from a dealership closer to home that agreed to the price I wanted for a similar car with lower mileage. Around noon, Cody texted me to ask if I was still heading out and I replied no. Honestly, I felt super bad to say no because Cody was so nice and helpful during the whole process. If I did not end up with the deal closer to home, I would have definitely made the two hour trip to test drive/buy the car through Cody. Ask for Cody if you are looking to buy a car through the indiGO Auto Group.

We took our mom's car to do a simple front bumper body work that was loose. The car is in perfect condition and has never had an issue (Toyota Mini van - basically indestructible cars). 4 days later they call us to say that the car can no longer be turned on because the ventilation system did not work and the electric System would burn. They refused to take responsibility and kept saying they did not know what was wrong and did Not how much more it was going to cost us and was not their problem. We ended up calling a tow truck company to take the car to another shop. Within 30 minutes they ran a diagnostic and told us the electric system was damaged and tampered with and had to be completely replaced. This cost us over $2,000. We will be reporting this establishment to the BBB.

This makes my second review of Lamborghini Houston and first since Indigo Group has acquired it…read more I'm happy to report that Lamborghini Houston still exceeds any expectations of exemplary customer service! Mario makes getting our cars serviced extremely easy with just one text to him. How cool is that? Mario goes above and beyond for his customers by not only asking for specific details of what's needed for our cars, but arranged pickup and delivery for us and ending the transactions as smooth as possible with a texted quote and a texted link for executing payment. Everyone's time is valuable and for me and my husband, this is a convenience that we definitely appreciate. Honestly, I was a little concerned that the quality of my past customer service might slip after a big group took over, but happily, that hadn't been the case. Our personal inventory consists of four exotics, so ensuring proper maintenance on them is crucial to their continued performance and handling. Mario and the crew at Lamborghini Houston are hands down the best in the car business. Raj, my salesman, is still always on the ready if I text him any question at all. THIS is what Customer Service is and what every big exotic car dealer should aspire to achieve. Making customers happy so they want to be a Repeat Customer! On a side note; Ferrari of Houston could seriously use Lamborghini Houston's expertise when it comes to providing exceptional customer service AFTER the sale. Maybe Indigo could buy them? ;-)

That seemed like nonsense to me, so after I checked with my dad, I came to this AutoZone to potentially buy a new filter. First of all, Ray was wearing a mask, which I appreciated. Secondly, he was kind enough to check the air filter and compare it to the new one in the box. Turns out yeah, Mr Detail was BSing me. Any female-esque human knows the danger of automotive BS rip-offs. So I appreciate Ray's help and honesty. Thanks!

Oh man -- I genuinely had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life…read more I came in around 1:28 PM on 9/1/26 and approached the counter after waiting in line. I told the woman working that I needed some help. She asked, "With what?" in a tone that was not friendly, welcoming, or particularly helpful. I explained that I needed windshield wipers and wiper fluid. Her response was simply, "Okay." I asked if she could help me, and she took my vehicle information and said, "26 and 19." I had no idea what that meant and assumed she was referring to the wiper sizes. Rather than explaining anything to me, I went over to the aisle and tried to figure it out myself. There were several different options, brands, and features, and I genuinely had no idea what the differences were or what I should be buying. I also noticed several different windshield washer fluids on the top shelf. I'm 4'11", so reaching those was already a challenge. At that point, I honestly didn't feel comfortable asking her for help again because her attitude had already made it very clear that she did not seem interested in helping me. So I did my best to figure everything out on my own and hoped I had selected the right products. I brought everything to the counter. She looked at the wipers and said, "I said 26 and 19," rather than simply explaining that I had misunderstood her. She then walked off to the aisle, replaced the wipers with a different brand, and came back with Rain-X. I had originally selected a pair that specifically mentioned night visibility because I have difficulty seeing at night. I asked her if the ones she had selected were a good brand, and her response was, "IT'S RAIN-X," as though I was supposed to know what that meant, much less cared if it met my needs. My husband is surprised I left with any of it. The entire interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and strangely personal. At no point did I feel like she was trying to help a customer who came to their place of work for assistance. I left feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed and frustrated over what should have been incredibly simple. And unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. With a storm approaching, I needed help putting the wipers on and filling the windshield washer fluid. I was especially nervous about doing it myself because the last time I attempted something with my car on my own, I accidentally put power steering fluid into the brake reservoir -- needless to say, I did NOT want to make another costly and potentially devastating mistake. So I left AutoZone and drove to the Advance Auto Parts down the street. It was actually less convenient for me since I was coming from West Road, which is why I had initially stopped at AutoZone. But I remembered that Advance had helped me several times before. The difference in customer service was honestly shocking. I walked in carrying the items I had just purchased at AutoZone, and both gentlemen working immediately greeted me. Tony saw everything in my hands and politely asked, "Are you ready to check out, ma'am?" I apologized and explained that I hadn't purchased the items there but that I desperately needed some help. Without hesitation, he said, "Absolutely." That simple response honestly meant more to me than he probably realized. I walked outside borderline crying. I was embarrassed, overwhelmed, and still upset from the experience I had just had at AutoZone. I was so relieved that I didn't have to stand there and try to figure everything out on my own. Tony helped me install the wipers and fill the washer fluid, even though I hadn't purchased the products from Advance. While he was helping me, he asked why I hadn't had AutoZone assist me. I ended up crying and telling him that I had just had a really bad experience, that I wasn't helped, and that I simply remembered Advance had helped me in the past. That interaction restored my faith in customer service. I completely understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is a difference between having a bad day and treating a customer without basic courtesy or respect. I was polite, I asked for help, and I was treated as though I was inconveniencing someone simply by asking questions. I hate to say this, but the interaction with the woman at Autozone also left me with an uncomfortable feeling that I was being judged based on how I looked or the assumptions she may have made about me. I cannot say for certain what her motivation was, but the way I was treated felt deeply uncomfortable and, at times, frankly discriminatory. As for AutoZone, I will never patronize this location again, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for basic customer service and assistance. As for Tony at Advance Auto Parts -- thank you. You helped me when you absolutely did not have to, and after the experience I had just walked away from, your kindness genuinely made a difference.
