Brian the manager said they rebalanced and checked it for out of roundness. Obviously he did not because I had to do it once I got fed up with it without even the inventory of tools he has. When I got the call I came in only to wait 45 minutes after being told they could get to me right away. The good: once they got it in the bay it was quick. Also able to remove my spare tire from rusted carrier and replace the spare. Very friendly and helpful. Please don't ask people to pay up front for tires they don't have.

Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. I went with Michelin tires and have been very impressed with their performance and ride quality. Michelin continues to live up to its reputation.
