I went in to purchase a can of…read moreAC Pro and asked if they would price match Walmart or Lowe's, both of which had the exact same product available at a lower price. The employee told me they would not price match, but did not provide a clear explanation when I politely asked why. I asked several times for the reason behind the policy, and instead of receiving a helpful response, I felt like I was being treated rudely and dismissively. As a customer, I understand that stores may have different price-matching policies, but I expect employees to explain those policies professionally and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and like my business was not valued. I cannot say whether there was any bias involved, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome. I hope management will address customer service at this location so future customers receive better communication and respect.
