Best experience I've had with a mechanic. The dealer was saying I needed to pay $800 to fix my car. Turns out they were wrong and the fix actually ended up being $30 thanks to Vlad! That my friends, is how you get a customer for life. He even had me come out to the garage area to explain what was wrong! While I was waiting he went ahead and did my inspection for me. I am reluctant to give 5 Star reviews for anyone that demands such high funding to do their service, but this time I have to. This guy is ultra-professional and deserves it. There were no hidden costs associated with this guy. Not only did he give me the bottom line price immediately, but he continued to search for lower pricing on quality goods. He told me that several of the popular chains will give you low priced items but those same items will fail you within a few months to a year. This guy warranties all his work and also gave me the warranty length for the part that he purchased for me. He gave me a time frame that it would take for my vehicle to be finished and actually beat the time frame by a half of hour. All in all, finding a decent mechanic is a good thing, but when you find a great mechanic, you cannot help but to be happy about the results. I'm not certain if this will mean anything to you, but the shop is really clean. As you can see by my pictures there isn't sporadic oil, grit and grime everywhere. Even the bathroom isn't a torturous and murder scene doppelganger. Give this guy a try and I'm certain that you would be happy that you found him as well. Please note that he does not have a shuttle service like major car dealerships. Make sure you get your ride to wherever you need to go so he can work on your vehicle in peace. read more

I moved to Houston 6 years ago with a 2002 F-150 and would get regular maintenance but was very unhappy with the several mechanics I used. Finally, I found Vlad, and have been taking my truck and my husband's truck to him for the last three years. He is way more knowledgeable than those at chain stores. He only charges what he quotes, and has found cheaper alternatives for me when they are available. Rather than replacing spark plugs, he CLEANS them. Rather than having me pay for a couple other things, he tells me not to worry about it until the check engine light comes on, saving me time and money for something that I might never have had to deal with anyway. Even though I am a 35 yr. old woman who can be clueless around the shop, he never talks down to me, and explains everything to my satisfaction. Ever go to a doctor that spends three minutes consulting with you and prescribes five medications to cure your symptoms, but doesn't do anything about the real issue? Vlad goes for the source and isn't afraid to explain it in full detail. I always feel welcome, well informed, and in control of how much I want to spend. The absolute best thing about him, is that he looked up the resale value of my truck for me when I wanted to sell it, and told me not to go less than a certain amount. I sold the truck in 24 hours with an extra $1,000 in my pocket that I would not have asked for. That was AWESOME! His wife is one of the most polite people you will come across, and she works hard every day manning the desk. For as long as I live within a five hour radius, Vlad and his wonderful wife are my go-to people for automotive repair. I cannot recommend them high enough. read more

Dishonest & untrustworthy . Please women be very weary of this man. I came here to get a new engine and installment. Received a used engine and installment for $5,300.00. I was okay with that and I was aware. However once car was completed Mr. Vladimir stated " my ac isn't working" he dropped the air compressor but didn't want to say that instead he said "we don't know if your AC wasn't working before it got to me" so I said oh wow don't you think I would've asked you to fix my ac too. So I said how much to fix, he said 900!! So I asked did you touch the AC. He said No, and then said well we had to remove the ac compressor and reattach it. Ladies he's a liar and scammer. Please do not come to this place if you need work done on your car instead go elsewhere. Ultimately he tried making a deal and saying if I pay for the part he'll do the work for free (why would you do the work for free if y'all genuinely feel you weren't at fault) . Be very weary of this guy ladies. I'm not sure if he was trying to rip me off due to me being a women and by myself. Next time have a man work w/ him. Because once my man talked to him he then stated he'll do the work for free if I but the part which was 350. Don't come here!! read more

Even though my job was relatively small (replace a battery in my 2015 Ford Escape) it was complicated because of where the battery was. After going TWO places that refused to do it I was stressed and crying. I'm a widow with a 16 month old teething baby. And it was my only car. And I'm new to Houston. After a call from the place I purchased my battery -on the suggestion of the sales person who had his vehicle worked on by Vladimir, he took my car right away and replaced the battery for me.
