When I returned two days later, I was told the front brakes were the real issue and needed to be replaced at a higher cost, and that I may have damaged them in the short time since the previous visit. The shop later called, apologized, admitted they had made a mistake on the original diagnosis, and worked with me to rectify the situation. They have always been polite, and this experience showed they are willing to stand by their work and be honest when something goes wrong. I'm glad they took responsibility and helped make it right.

Turns out the converters were fine, sensor turned off on its own. The sensor light was the result of bad gasoline, once that cleared out the light went off. We were really disappointed in this very expensive recommendation, as this business had great reviews.

Wow!! What amazing service! I've never received this level of customer service…read more I was in a real bind searching for a new car for weeks, visiting countless dealerships and facing constant disappointments with inspection issues. Then I found Kings Automotive and Chandler, and everything changed! Even though Chandler couldn't personally inspect a car for me initially due to distance, he went above and beyond, offering invaluable advice and following up the next day. He spent a significant amount of time helping me identify potential cars based on my needs and shared his expertise on SUVs, which is what I was looking for. I hired Chandler for pre-purchase car search and inspection. He agreed to accompany me to dealerships to find and buy a car. He was amazing! Today we confirmed that we would meet at 9am at the first dealership. When I arrived, Chandler was already hard at work, inspecting the car when I arrived. He meticulously examined it, took a test drive, shared his knowledge as he pointed out items I needed to be aware of. Luckily, the car was in pretty good shape but he identified an issue with the lights, and even negotiated with the dealership to get it fixed. Thanks to Chandler, I secured a fantastic car in just one morning after searching for weeks. I was under so much stress from the process, but Chandler made it look easy, all with a wonderful smile on his face! Chandler is responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has a high degree of integrity and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic and car-buying assistance. He's a rock star! I'm incredibly grateful for his help and he is exceptional. He deserves more than 5 stars! I strongly recommend him! It's rare to see this level of service. Thank you, Chandler and Kings Automotive.

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I've been ripped off by…read moreseveral mechanics in this area, including some mobile mechanic named John Newman (don't ever use him, if he's still slinking around). Marco, nor his mechanics are among them. They fixed the AC work that Newman screwed up, and even replaced the radiator that Newman destroyed for cost of parts. It's been over a year, the AC is working as well as one could expect from a 2008 Ford that's been repaired probably 10 times over it's 213k miles. More recently, my wife was in a wreck and they totaled her car. A friend talked us into buying a car with a blue title, and it's been a nightmare ever since. Marco and his his replaced the front end parts, then the AC went out, so they did that, too. All together, it's been about $6k in work. If you've ever dealt with a rebuilt car, or tried to have one fixed after extensive body damage in a wreck, it's not an exact science, which is why insurance companies total cars out so quickly. Better to just pay you for your damages vehicle, than spend (probably) way more than that, trying to get the broken parts replaced and the vehicle behaving like it should. Well, we've had to take the car back to Marco a couple of times, because the steering column kept slipping and the AC clogged. They have never asked us for another dime and they've done everything they could to support the work they've done. I'm not only incredibly happy with Marco and his crew, I trust them, as mechanics, no reservations; and I would recommend them without hesitation. People expect mechanics to be magicians, and they're not. When cars break down, or get destroyed, or whatever, sometimes it's a simple fix with little room for error. When it's big stuff, things happen. In all of my experiences with this shop, they're good at what they do and they'll stand on their work.
