He replaced the transmission control module, but it was still doing the same exact things as when I brought it in. He then told me I would also need a new transmission for another $5-8000! I told him I couldn't afford that and he told me I would still have to pay the almost $1000 for the transmission control module, even though it didn't fix the problem! I asked him to remove the new part, since it wasn't the problem. He refused and refused to release my car until I had laid the $1000! Dishonest!!! Don't take your car there!

Turns out the converters were fine, sensor turned off on its own. The sensor light was the result of bad gasoline, once that cleared out the light went off. We researched failures of catalytic converters and the failure rate on modern cars. This is a rare event according to the major manufacturer of converters. We were really disappointed in this very expensive recommendation, as this business had great reviews.

I love this place - found it accidentally when it looked like my transmission went out and the tow truck operator for Christiansen Brothers said it might cost me around $2500 to fix - I took a chance and had it towed here - he wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone he said it might not be my transmission. It wasn't. It cost more for the towing than it did to have it fixed - and that was 2 years ago and it's still fine. Honest good work for a great price is what I've received not once but twice.

Took my car in to get looked at two weeks ago, paid for an inspection to get done and got a description and pricing on everything. Couple days later my car started wiggling BAD when I stopped or accelerated including my steering wheel. It never did that before I took it in. They told me it was my suspension and it was cost well over $2500, which is ridiculous. I went to get a second opinion turns out it wasn't my whole suspension but it was just the control arms and it was a security risk for me to continue driving. This blows my mind because they saw me walk in with my three babies and didn't say a word that at any minute I could have a blow out and possibly die or my three little ones could be killed. Also they are over charging folks because it's costing me $1000 LESS to take it to the dealership to get fixed. At least the dealership mechanics knows their vehicles better than this place. If my review isn't here it's because they deleted it to pretend they have a perfect 5 stars. Will be screen shotting this for proof.
