Great customer service. Fixed my AC quick and for a good price! I would recommend going to them!read more

Went in because every once in a while I was getting a bad smell from my heat vents and was told my…read moreValve cover seals leaked and needing replacing. That Wednesday they replaced them for $1,157, but when I picked my truck up, smoke poured out from under the hood, the smell was 10X worse, and you could see the oil dripping down into my turbo. I brought the truck back but they were pretty booked and asked if they could redo the work on Monday which I agreed with the understanding that the owner Shane would do the work. Monday I got a call and was told the owner wouldn't be back until Thursday and even the guy that messed it up the 1st time wouldn't be able to get to it that day either. Seems I had to have it fixed that day, I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Got it fixed for $870 from another shop and brought my receipt to Rolling right and only asked for $845 (the labor the refund of the parts they had originally charged me for) instead of the full $1,157. The owner Shane said that he was only liable for the labor for the redo because I didn't have his old parts so that he could get a refund on them and insinuated that I was trying to pull something over on them. I'll say Shane is a good mechanic, but he obviously does not stand behind the work performed by his employees and certainly does not appreciate a customer who was understanding and went above and beyond to be patient & fair. In the end, they refunded me $645 and lost two customers, myself and my neighbor who was about to have the same service done on his truck. Use your own judgement if that was fair, but I recommend you proceed with caution with this shop and be aware other shops are less expensive and more appreciative..
